Terms and Conditions:
** This Offer is valid for all active prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Cricket Pack and Sports Pack who subscribed between5st Day of Apr 2017at 00:00 hrs till 10th Day of May 2017 at 23:59:59 hrs and fulfill the following criteria at the time of participation and during continuance of the Offer:
** He/she must be of or above 18 years of age;
** He/she must be a citizen of India;
** He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind;
** He/she must belong to Delhi Circle. and
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. restraint by court orders etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

Further, the subscribers who participate in the Offer and are chosen as highest scorers of each category of gratification under the Offer in accordance with the highest scorer selection process under the Terms and Conditions of the Offer shall be required to be the registered subscribers of the mobile phone number and not merely the persons using such mobile number.

If the highest scorer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the subscriber of the mobile number, the Organizer reserve the right to forfeit the gratification, at its sole discretion.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Customer needs to subscribe to Cricket and Sports pack (Keyword* given below)
2. Only new activations during the Offer period will be eligible
3. Subscriber needs to be active on the service (Sports/Cricket) at the time of selection of the eligible customers (refer schedule of the events below)
4. Customer must have been charged atleast once for the service (refer Price point** below) during the eligibility period (eligibility period against each of the 3 events are mentioned below in the event schedule)

Winner Selection Criteria:
The selection of the highest scorer shall take place after completion of the Offer & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter. Highest scorer selection shall be done based on the following criteria:

1. Highest Score
2. Minimum time taken
3. In- case there is tie between users – then tie breaker round will be conducted.

Charges:
Following charges shall be applicable for the subscription of Cricket pack or sports pack service.
