mycutebaby.in recommends that Participants read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully prior to accessing the Website/Application. Any usage of the Website/Application by the Participant shall automatically mean his/her acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.

Contest Guidelines :
The mycutebaby Contest is open to All users /Non Users of the mycutebaby.in platform. There no Any Fee for Participating the Contest.

Winner Criteria:
Cute baby Contest will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by mycutebaby.in, Winners will be Selected on Basis of (Total count facebook Likes and share) + Votes.

Facebook link of your kid’s profile can be shared by anyone in your friends and family circle we’ll count total number of likes and shares received by a profile we will Also consider our pageview as additional parameter.

One more thing to note is , if a participant try to get fake likes to win those all will be disqualified from contest. to find out fake likes we will consider our page views,votes and GA report for that particular profile

Example :
If participant got 1000 likes but only receive 2-3 page views and on the other hand some other participant with 100 likes has 10-15 pageview that will indicate us to investigate all likes for that participant. we will consider average likes+ share count / pageview ratio to find out all fake participants.

Scope of mycutebaby liability :
mycutebaby.in  shall not be liable for any damages or losses to third the Eligible Applicants or any person in relation to the Entries.

By virtue of submitting the Entry, the Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare that the Eligible Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless mycutebaby.in , its affiliates, employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees) which may be raised by any third party.

Regardless of the merits of any such claim by a third party, mycutebaby.in  shall be entitled to proceed on the basis that the Entry breaches these Terms and Conditions and may proceed against the Eligible Applicant as per legal remedies available.
