These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the conduct of the Contest titled “Selfiestan Premier League”(‘SPL’/’Contest’) organized, conducted and brought to you by Syntech Technology Private Limited (‘Syntech’).

Terms & Conditions:
** Participation in this contest is voluntary.
** The Contest is open for residents of INDIA ONLY who are aged 18 years and above, but excludes employees and the family members of the Organizer
** By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified here in totality.
** Participation in the Contest, as stated earlier, is voluntary, and implies full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
** If any one do not agree or cannot comply with any of the Terms, then please do not participate in the Contest.
** This contest is open from 12:00 am on 5th April 2017 and end sat 11:59 pm on 22nd May 2017(‘Contest Period’).
** To participate in the Contest, participants must follow the official Gionee India Twitter profiles, and participants shall be governed by the Terms stated herein below.

To participate in the Selfiestan Premier LeagueContest, the contestant needs to do the following:
** Follow and Like Gionee India Twitter handle at twitter.com/gioneeIndia
** Each week, 3 celebrities shall upload selfies around a specified theme(e.g. Stylefie, Famfie, etc.) with the hashtag#Selfiestan
** Participants must post a selfie that imitates the theme of the celebrities’ selfie
** Any entry that is defamatory/ derogatory against any race, caste, sex, religion, person will not be considered valid and shall not be considered/ eligible for the contest
** Along with the selfie, participants must also add the hashtag: #Selfiestan

For an entry to be considered eligible, participants must:
** Follow the Gionee India twitter handle – www.twitter.com/gioneeindia
** Their tweet must include the correct hashtag – #Selfiestan
** The tweet must include a selfie based on the weekly theme posted by the celebrities

The organizer shall tally the number of correctly hashtagged tweets with selfies from participants and update them on the Contest website

The contest organizers reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
** In case of a tie in number of valid selfies, rankings will be decided by which participant posted the tie-getting tweet first. E.g. ‘A’ & ‘B’ both tweeted 17 valid selfies. ‘A’ posted their 17th selfie at 9:00 PM, while ‘B’ posted their 17th selfie at 9:30 PM. In this case, ‘A’ will be ranked ahead of ‘B’.

** The weekly winners rankings will be frozen at 12:00 PM every Wednesday for the preceding 7 days. Any entry coming in from 12:00 PM Wednesday to 11:59 PM Wednesday will not affect the rankings.

** Participants must not submit the same selfie as separate contest entries. All selfies must be original. Any repetitive selfies would not be considered in the total count.
** At the end of each week, only eligible contest entries received by the organizer will be considered for deciding winners.
** Winners shall receive their prizes within 30 days post contest end date.
** The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.

** Syntech reserves all rights to make amendments to the existing Terms or withdraw, change, alter, amend the Contest mechanism, Terms, Contest Period and/or any aspect related to the Contest including gratification without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.

** All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be considered as null and void and shall not be considered eligible for prizes.

** The winners will be announced on Gionee’s Twitter & Facebook pages, or in such other form and manner, in the sole discretion of Syntech. It is understood that any announcement based on the Contest, shall be at the sole discretion of Syntech.

Participant(s) agree and acknowledges that all decisions with respect to the manner any way in which the winners are to be announced or determined, shall be the prerogative of Syntech and shall be final and binding on all Participant(s).

** All decisions with respect to Selfiestan Premier League contest, including number and type of rewards, will be at the sole discretion of Syntech and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
** Any costs or expenses incurred to participate in the Contest and/or to claim the Prize, if any and as applicable shall be solely borne by the Winner. Syntech shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.

** Syntech reserves the right to disqualify any Participant(s)/ Winner from participating in the Contest if the Partipant(s)/ Winner are found to be in breach of any provisions of these Terms. The decision of Syntech in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Participant(s)/ Winner and the Participant(s)/ Winner shall not at any time challenge and/or dispute such decision of Syntech.

** Syntech shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
** Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts only based out of New Delhi. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Syntech India.
