Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary and/or optional. By participating in this Contest, each Participant agrees automatically to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Contest.

Steps For Participation:
** The participant should log in to website i.e. www.gulffofarharbaar.com and click on the Gulf Performer of the Match Contest.
** The participant enters the contest by entering his/her personal details
** The participant needs to enter the correct mobile number on which he/she will be contacted. He/she also has to enter his/her email id.
** The participant has to choose the Gulf Performer of the Match for the contest running at that point of time. Once all the above steps are followed, the participant will be eligible for the gratifications of the contest.

Contest Period & Contest Timings:
** The Contest is live every time for a period between any 2 home matches commencing from 4th April, 2017 – 3:00 PM to 14th May, 2017 – 11:59 PM. A “Day” is defined as a period of 24 hours starting from 12 noon and ending at 11:59 am the following day.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through log in at landing page i.e. www.gulffofarharbaar.com
** Entries received after the Contest Period except as stated hereinabove are invalid entries and will not be considered.
** Multiple entries per person are not allowed. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

Prizes:
There will be three prizes:
** IPL Pune Match Tickets
** Customized Gulf RPS T-shirts
** Chance to travel in the Gulf Fan Bus in Pune
** Winners will be chosen through a lucky draw controlled by a panel of experts who will evaluate correct entries.
** The winners will be contacted by Gulf or Gulf authorized 3rd party vendors to inform about the place and time for collection of prizes.
** The winners will be personally contacted through their mail address/phone number entered during the registration form by GOLIL (Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited).
** The date and details of the venue will be communicated to Winners through the contact details provided by them in the registration form.

Terms and Conditions:
** GOLIL shall not be liable for any consequences of Participant error including (without limitation) providing incorrect contact details, identity proof and address details.
** Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item requested.
** Gifts if damaged during transit will not be replaced.
** GOLIL is not the manufacturer of the gifts distributed hence quality issues will not be addressed.
** In the event of non-availability of gifts under offer due to unavoidable circumstances, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited will try & offer a replacement gift of same value as may be decided by the company then.
** Any statutory levies, taxes applicable if any shall be on account of winner.
** Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited will not have any liability except giving the gift to the winner.
** Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited will not be liable in the event if there is any harm to public property due to distribution of gifts to the winners.
