Eligibility:
** The slogan Contest is valid only for the State of Tamil Nadu on purchase of any Samsung Consumer durable Products (“Product”) during Samsung Smart Plaza Carnival.
** Customer is eligible for participating in the Slogan Contest on purchase of any Samsung Consumer Durable Products (“Product”) during Samsung Smart Plaza Carnival from 6th April, 2017 to 15th May, 2017.
** Last date for sending the SMS entry is 21st May 2017.
** Offer is valid for Indian Citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees & family members of Samsung & its affiliates/associate/subsidiary companies & their dealers/distributors/retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies & even management companies.

How to Participate?:
** The Participants upon purchase of any Samsung Consumer Electronics Product (namely Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven or Home Theater System hereinafter called as “Product”) will be eligible for participation by way of sending the SMS to 54242 in the manner given in below
** SAMTN<space>Product Purchased<space>I LOVE SAMSUNG BECAUSE.. (in not more than 160 characters)
** One mobile number can be used for making one entry only. Multiple entries from one mobile number will not be allowed.
** If the participant does not send the SMS as per the format described, he / she will not receive any response and will not be eligible to participate in the Offer.
** If the participant does not send SMS in correct format along with the slogan in the defined character limit, his / her entry shall be disqualified.
** Any entry/SMS received from the Participant after completion of the Offer Period shall not be considered for this Offer.
** Post verification of SAMTN code, participant will receive a SMS confirming the registration.

Samsung shall not be liable or responsible for :
** Any SPAM generated messages;
** Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones;
** Any SMS message delivery failures;

Selection of Slogan Contest Winners:
** Winners of Slogan Contest shall be selected by a panel of judges comprising either Samsung personnel or its authorised third party agency. The winners will be selected at the end of the Offer period.
** Valid SMS entries received till 21st May, 2017 midnight will be eligible for the Slogan Contest.
** There shall be a total of 23 winners who shall be selected from the total number of valid entries received.
** Participant should not rely on a separate intimation to be sent by Samsung to the winners. The results announced will be final and binding.
** Winner’s mobile number by which he sent the SMS will be used as the login id to login at https://www.samsung.com/in/offer/smartplaza/
** Documents provided by the winner shall be shared and verified by the third party appointed by Samsung for verification.
** Winner entry shall be forfeited in case the documents provided by the winner are forged, tampered or incomplete or the Product is not purchased within the Contest Period.
