Game of the Young and Restless Contest :

Spykar “Game of the Young and Restless” Contest hereafter will be governed by the following Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:
** Participation in the contest is voluntary.
** Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.
** The contest shall commence from April 13, 2017 and shall terminate on May 21, 2017.
** The contest is open to citizens of India, residents in India only. Employees of Spykar India and its affiliates, subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
** Citizens of foreign countries residing in India/ or non-residents Indians are also not eligible to participate in the contest.

How to Participate:
** Contest will be hosted on a special microsite hosted at https://web.archive.org/web/20180516063019/http://spykar-youngandrestless.com:80/
** Challenge is to find 5 stacks of denims from the Illustration in 40 seconds.
** 50 winners among everybody who completes the challenge, shall be selected through a lucky draw to win Spykar vouchers worth INR 2000
** All winners who’re able to complete the challenge are entitled to a voucher.
** Winners may be required to visit our store and collect/ redeem the vouchers.
** Spykar Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole rights to decide the winners.
** The winners will be declared every week through Facebook message. In case the winner fails to provide the details within a week. Spykar is authorised to choose another winner.

Rejection/Disqualification :
** Spykar reserves the right to disqualify and/or ban any user if the user if found using manipulative/ unfair means to win this contest.
** Spykar reserves the right to disqualify any participant/ even winner if it has reasonable reasons to believe that the participant/winner has breached any of the “Terms and Conditions” of the contest.
** Spykar reserves the right to choose another participant/ winner in the event of disqualification/rejection of any of the participant/ winner.

Winners:
** Spykar and a jury appointed by Spykar reserve the sole rights to decide on 50 winners. Their decision on winners is final and binding for all participants.
** Spykar will do proper check to verify the authenticity of winners/participants. This would include a check on the genuinity of the winner and even other participants.
** This is just to ensure that only genuine people participate and have a chance to win the Contest and spurious Facebook accounts are kept away from the contest.

Prize:
** 50 Winners will get Spykar vouchers worth INR 2000.
** The winners shall be invariably required to produce valid identity proofs.
** The winner shall be required to provide proof of identity, email copy/Facebook message from Spykar team for verification.
** In case of the validation failure, the prize will be cancelled.
** Spykar may, without advance notice cancel, suspend or postpone the contest at any time.
** In case of change in date of event or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of Spykar Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd., Spykar shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
** Disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
