Steps to participate:
1. Order-Order with foodpanda.
2. Promo Code-Enter the promo code of the team you predict to win (Example: RPS or KKR) while checking out to validate your participation in the sweepstake.
3. Repeat-The more you order, the more are your chances of winning. Remember to enter the code on every order you make. Good luck!

The draw will be on Monday, May 22, 2017 and we will announce the winners within a week via Facebook.

Participation:
1. This competition is being held by foodpanda.
2. This competition is open to all residents of India above the age of 18 Years.
3. Foodpanda employees may not participate.
4. The contest will be live till 21st of May, 2017.
5. Participations is possible multiple times, each time the participant orders on the Foodpanda platform entering the competition voucher code (changes daily).
6. Competition voucher codes change every day and can be used multiple times on the given day.

Winners/Entry:
1. The winner will determined by foodpanda.
2.The first winner would get an Iphone 7 and the second would get LG 32″ LED TV.
3. Winners will be selected via an automated prize draw.
4. Participants agree to be contacted via E-mail and/ or SMS.
5. Participants are liable of receiving participation SMS on daily basis from foodpanda.
6. foodpanda decisions will be final.
7. Winners agree to be notified via E-mail and/ or push notifications within 2 weeks after the end of the competition. The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 2 weeks from winner announcement.

Disqualification:
1. Any user who tries using technology or other means to distort the result of the competition will be immediately disqualified.
2. In the event of a disqualification, the next-ranked candidate will receive the prize and so on.

1. Participant information and personal data will only be stored by Foodpanda for the purpose of the competition.
2. By entering this competition, participants agree to the above described storage and use of their personal and submitted data.
3. Foodpanda will not pass collected personal data on to third parties.

Yatra Terms & Conditions :
1. Use promo code on the payment page for eCash.
2. Once the promo code is applied, and the transaction is completed, your account will be credited with the eCash.
3. The eCash will reflect in your Yatra account within 24hrs.
4. Notification through an SMS will be sent to you once the amount has been credited to your Yatra account.
5. It is advisable to make this transaction after logging in using your Yatra account. In case you make a transaction without logging in, the eCash will be credited to your account basis the email ID used while transacting.
