Highest Spender Offer :

1. This Offer (‘Offer’) from RBL Bank Ltd. (‘RBL Bank’) is open to select Cardmembers holding a valid and current RBL Bank Credit Card (‘Card’) with no outstanding payment pending for more than 30 days (‘Cardmember’).

2. Offer shall be valid from 5th day of April 2017 to 25th day of April 2017, both days included (“Term”) unless extended by the RBL Bank. Offer is made available to the selected Cardmembers at the sole discretion of RBL Bank.

3. If a Cardmember has more than one RBL Credit Card, he/she must confirm the specific RBL Credit Card for availing the said offer by verifying last 4 digits of the Card number in the email communication. Spends on multiple cards cannot be clubbed by the RBL Bank Cardmembers for the said Offer.

4. As part of this Offer:
A. Top Spenders across 3 weeks of Offer period
1. 1st Highest/Top spender on the Card across the offer period wins 2 Platinum Passes to JB Purpose concert.
2. 2nd Highest/Top Spender on the Card across the offer period wins 2 Gold Passes to JB Purpose concert.
3. 3rd Highest/Top spender on the Card across the offer period wins 1 Silver Pass to JB Purpose concert.

B. 2 winners in each week: (Week 1/Week 2/Week 3)
1. Weekly Winner 1: 1st Top/Highest spender on the Card in each week wins 2 Gold passes to JB Purpose Concert.
2. Weekly Winner 2: 2nd Top/Highest spender on the Card in each week wins 2 Silver passes to JB Purpose Concert.

5. Week” shall mean period of 7 days starting from 12.00 AM of the 1st day and ending at 11.59 PM of the last day of the week during the Offer Period.

Week 1: From April 5, 2017 to April 11, 2017
Week 2: From April 12, 2017 to April 18, 2017
Week 3: From April 19, 2017 – April 25, 2017

6. In case of multiple Cardmembers with equal spends on the respective Credit Cards in the same week, the winner will be decided basis the 1st Cardmember who achieved the highest spend basis the transaction date/time. Refer to ‘Week’ definitions above.

7. The eligible spends on the cards will be calculated basis the actual Transaction date during the week for weekly contest and across offer period for overall offer period contest.

8. The Pass category and variant cannot be exchanged for any other variant/product or redeem in cash or any other means and no options will be given to the winner to choose from.

9. Winners will be intimated via registered email &/or SMS on registered mobile numbers and the names of the winners will be announced on RBL Bank website within 5 days after the end of each week.

10. The Concert passes will be sent to the Winners on or before the scheduled event date via courier to the registered address.

11. The passes are offered for the Justin Bieber concert to be held in Mumbai on May 10, 2017 as part of the Justin Bieber – The Purpose World Tour in India. 12. RBL Bank will provide only the passes to the concert to the winners and transportation or travel arrangements will not be arranged by RBL Bank. Winners are required to make the travel arrangements to the event venue on the given date/time.

13. RBL Bank does not guarantee entry to the event if any of the conditions stated by the event organizers is not met by the pass holder/winner. RBL Bank will not be responsible for any cancellations/modifications to the event or related conditions set by the event organizers.

14. A Cardmember can be a winner only once throughout the offer period. In case a Cardmember becomes the Highest spender for more than 1 week, the next highest spender with the 2nd highest spends in that week will be awarded. A Cardmember will be given passes only on qualifying for the Highest spender once throughout the offer period.

15. The offer is not valid on cash withdrawals, Balance Transfer or Dial for Cash or any other loan on Credit Card.
