Rules and Regulations :
** Only mothers between the age group of 21-45 years currently residing in Bengaluru are eligible for participation
** The applicants or the applicant’s family should not be related to contest sponsors and their sub – contractors, or any of the judges.
** In case of any such relation the applicant must disclose the same immediately, failing which the contestant will be disqualified.
** Last Date for receiving registrations — 3rd May 2017.
** The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of the application for any reason whatsoever.
** The decision of the judges and organizers is final/absolute and binding on all participants.
** All expenses (food/travel or otherwise) will have to be borne by the participant.
** The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk.
** Incorrect information will result in disqualification whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
** The schedule of the events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
** Any finalists of previous years are not allowed to participate.
** Organizers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
** The organizers reserve the rights to publish the photographs in the media as per their wish.
** In the event of any dispute, the organizer’s / judge’s decisions is final and binding on participants.
** The courts of Bangalore will have jurisdiction over all disputes.
** The applicant must agree by all rules and regulations set by the organizers. The same rules are subject to change and rescheduling by the organizers without prior notice.
** Further to registrations, short listed participants will be intimated via phone call / SMS / Email to attend screenings on 6th and 7th May 2017.
** It is the responsibility of the applicant to be present for the screening/shortlisting sessions, as scheduled. The organizers cannot be held responsible for re-scheduling the same in case of non-attendance.
** Prizes won during the contest are non-transferrable and non-redeemable for cash.
** Taxes as per government norms on gifts/prizes, shall be borne by the winner.
