Terms & Conditions:
** The winner will be allotted the vehicle from the nearest dealership in his/her city.
** The winner has to bear the following charges:- Transportation, Road tax, Registration, Insurance, TDS, Surcharge, Education & Higher Education Cess.
** These charges will be as per the city from where the vehicle is being allotted.
** Winners of last year Season are not allowed to participate
** To participate in the Contest, participants are strongly encouragedto read and must accept these terms and conditions.
** These terms and conditions apply to the Contest. By entering the Contest, participants expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
** This Contest is open to all individuals of Indian nationality and of 18 to 35 years of age.
** A team will consist of two (2) members from the same ‘current city of residence’. To be eligible to participate, both the registered team members have to be physically present at venue.
** Each participant must provide his name, an active email id and a valid contact number in order to participate in the contest.
** By entering the Contest, the participant hereby warrants that all personal details submitted by him/her are true, current and complete and that the e-mail address and contact number he/she submits are accurate and valid.
** This data will only be used by M&Mahindra for communication purposes and will not be shared with a third party.
** Each individual should register his/her team of two (2) members in the registration section.
** A team can also register at the venue on the day of the event.
** Each member from the team has to carry the original age proof document and a photo copy as mentioned for the purpose ofwhile registration.
** CLD Note: Please also mention if the photocopy is to be retained by M&M.
