For incentivizing and promoting “SHOP CJ”, Shop CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd. (“SCN”) is conducting a promotion under the name “SHOP CJ Bahubali 2 Bramhotsavam 2017” (“Promotion”) on Shop CJ Telugu Television Channel.

1) Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions, except where the context otherwise requires, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning ascribed to them hereunder:
a. “Business Day” means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday or a holiday declared under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881) on which banks generally are open in Mumbai for a full range of banking business.

b. “Eligible Products” shall mean all product/s showcased on Shop CJ television channel during the Promotion Period.
c. “Eligible Customers” shall mean the customers residing in the jurisdiction of the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
d. “Shop CJ” shall mean the home shopping network run by SCN on its SHOP CJ Telugu television channel.
e. “Participant” means an individual having completed 18 years of age and who is a resident Indian national and who buys Eligible Products on Shop CJ during the Promotion Period.
f. “Promotion Period” ” shall mean period commencing from 20th April, 2017 to 30th April, 2017, both days inclusive.
g. “Purchase” ” shall mean purchase of Eligible Products during the Promotion Period followed by delivery and payment and only those cases where there is no return/cancellation.
h. “Call Centre” shall mean a call centre operated for taking orders in respect of products purchased through SHOP CJ.

2) Participation in the Promotion All persons purchasing the Eligible Products on SHOP CJ Telugu during the Promotion Period would be eligible to get a chance to win Bahubali 2- Merchandise/Movie Tickets.

3) Promotion Benefits: Under the Promotions, the Eligible Customer will get a chance to win Bahubali 2- Merchandise/Movie Tickets (“Promotion Benefits”).

4) The Participant understands and agrees that participation in the Promotion is good and sufficient consideration for him/ her to agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. If the Participant does not want to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, his/ her sole remedy is not to participate in the Promotion.
