Revive Retailer Awareness Contest:

** Revive – Retailer Awareness Contest” (“Program”) is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”).

** The Program is open only for Indian citizens residing in India, of 18 years of age or above, who are registered as a retailer with the Company (“Participant”).
** The Company’s records shall be deemed absolute and conclusive in this regard.
** The Program is not open to the employees of Company and their family members, Company’s associate companies, its bottlers, its JV Partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its agents, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors and their associate companies.
** Program is valid from 24th April, 2017 to 22nd May, 2017 (“Program Period”).
** The Company may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Program Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever; and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
** The Program may be withdrawn by Company at any time, without any intimation or liability to a third party.

To participate in the Program, the Participant has to follow the steps as detailed herein below:
(i) Check eligibility as per these T&Cs.
(ii) Participants will receive a voice call from Company, on their mobile number registered with the Company.
(iii) The Participant will be asked question(s) relating to the Company’s product ‘7UP Revive’ and the Participant shall choose the correct answer from the options given, and as per the instructions given on the call.
(iv) A Participant would receive 8 (eight) such calls under the Program, twice every week during the Program Period.

** The cost of receiving a call, if any, will be as per the applicable tariff of the relevant service provider. It is clarified that the service provider will not share any revenue generated by the Participant’s call receiving, with the Company or their associates in any manner whatsoever.
** Company shall not be responsible if the mobile number of the Participant, as registered with the Company, is not in use during the Program or is not owned by the concerned retailer.
** The Program is valid for retailer of Company’s products under the brand 7Up Revive only, (“Products”).

The Participants agree and acknowledge that:
(i) They have waived the conditions of DND for the Program and do not object to receiving SMS/IVR/voice calls from or on behalf of the Company at any time during the Program Period.
(ii) They possess a valid Indian and functional mobile number, capable of receiving SMS/voice calls for the duration of the Program Period.
(iii) Program is valid for pre-paid as well as post-paid mobile numbers.

** A Participant can win only one Prize (for each question answered correctly) during the Program Period and only through his registered mobile number.
** In case a Participant answers all questions asked to him during the Program Period correctly, he shall be eligible for a chance to win one mega prize .

Prize:
Each Participant who correctly answers the question received by him/her from or on behalf of the Company (“Winner”), shall be entitled to the following:

(i) Pre-paid numbers: INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten only) will be added to the talk-time balance of the Winner within 48 hours, for each question answered correctly;

(ii) Post-paid numbers: INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten only) will be deducted from the monthly bill of the Participant, which will reflect in the bill received by the Winner for the subsequent month of the participating month.

For e.g. if the Winner has participated on 24th March, 2017, and the billing cycle of the said Winner is 15th day to 14th day, then the deducted amount of INR 10/- will reflect in the Winner’s bill for 8th May, 2017 to 5th June, 2017

(iii) Participants in a particular state who get all 8 answers correct during the Program Period, shall be eligible for a lucky draw and the winner of the lucky draw will win a 32inch LED TV.
