Meet Deepika Contest :

These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the “L’Oréal Paris Meet Deepika Contest”, henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought to you by the organizer – L’Oréal India Private Limited, henceforth referred as ‘L’Oréal’

Term & Conditions:
** Offer is meant for Indian National residing in India only at the time of purchase as well as gratification.
** Minimum age to participate in this contest is Eighteen years and is applicable only to the Original purchaser  purchased during the Offer period in India only from the Authorized Distributors and retailers of the L’Oreal in India except in the State where it is banned
** To participate in “Offer” consumer must have made purchase of L’Oreal Paris Makeup products worth Rs.1500/- inclusive of taxes or more between] 27 th April 2017 to 2nd May 2017 in the territory of India.
** Offer is valid only on purchase of any one or more of Products.

The contestant will be required to;
** Buy Online L’Oréal Paris Product make up products worth Rs.1500/- or above between 27 th April 2017 to 2nd May 2017 2017 from www.nykaa.com [website].
** At the end of the contest period, 05 lucky consumers will get a chance to meet Deepika Padukone (celebrity) before 31st December 2017 as per availability of the Celebrity. (Winner staying outside the Venue will also win return airfare to Mumbai, including overnight stay if required).
** The final shortlisting of the winners will be at the sole discretion of L’Oréal, wherein the winners be shortlisted through a randomising software and will not be contestable.
** Return economy airfare will be provided only to the winners staying outside Venue

** The contestant has to give complete data as required. Incomplete entries would be disqualified.
** The winner has to confirm immediately as per the programed schedule, else the same will be a ground for disqualification from the contest and next qualifying entry would be given the chance.
** All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of gift and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of L’Oréal and the same will be final and binding on a non-contestable basis.
** Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes. L’Oréal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
** L’Oréal reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that get created with respect to by participating in this contest; the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total.
** The contest reward is neither transferrable nor cashable.
** The participation in the contest is purely voluntary and the same will be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
** Any complaints or queries pertaining to the Contest would have to be taken up directly with L’Oréal by writing to advisor.india@loreal.com in or by calling on1800-22- 3000 on Monday to Friday between 9 AM to 5.30 PM, except bank holidays.
