The “#ChampionsOfCool” hereinafter called “Contest” will be governed by the following

How To Play:
1. Follow @kenstarindia handle on Twitter & Like “Kenstar India” Page on Facebook.
2. Participate in the contest by commenting on the post using the hashtag #ChampionsOfCool.
3. A total of 21 questions will be asked during the term of the contest.
4. The participants who have answered the questions correctly shall be eligible for a lucky draw. The Company shall announce upto 15 winners out of which upto 10 winners shall be entitled to get T20 Mumbai Indians Match tickets and upto 5 lucky winners shall win Mumbai Indian t-shirts.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Participation in the contest is voluntary.
2. Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.
3. The contest shall begin from 27th April 2017 at 10:00 AM and shall end on 17th May 2017 at 12 midnight.
4. The winners of the contest will be announced every day after the contest on Facebook & Twitter

6. The Company shall choose the winners of the contest through a lucky draw in the presence of senior officials of the Company.

Rejection/Disqualification:
7. The Company reserves the right to disqualify and/or ban any user if the user is found using manipulative/ unfair means to answer the questions.
8. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant / even winner if it has reasonable reasons to believe that the participant/winner has breached any of the “Terms and Conditions” of the contest.
9. Any participant found to be copying or using any unauthorized or copyrighted video/text shall be immediately banned from the contest.
10. The Company reserves the right to choose another winner in the event of disqualification/rejection of any of the participant/ winner.

Prize:
11. The Company shall announce upto 15 winners who have correctly answered the question for every question asked and upto 5 winners shall win Mumbai Indians T20 match passes and upto 10 winners shall get one Mumbai Indian t-shirts, provided the conditions mentioned in ambit of “REJECTION/ DISQUALIFICATION” are taken care of.

12. The winner shall be invariably required to produce valid identity proofs at the time of claiming the prize.
13. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. Winner must submit all documents for review in the manner communicated by the Company.
15. The Company may, without advance notice cancel, suspend or postpone the contest at any time.
16. The ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein and as amended/ modified from time to time shall apply to this contest.
17. In case of change in date of event or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of the Company, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever and the contest winner then shall not be given any alternate ticket.
18. Disputes relating to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
