24 Hour Film Rush Contest :

24 hour Film Rush contest conducted by the Revathy Kalamandir Film Academy. The leader from each team is requested to appear at the Revathy Kalamandir Film Academy Campus /Kochi center/ Kozhikode centers for verification. We expect each team to provide the following materials for our reference.

Contest Information Packet:
1. Team Info Sheet – Please include these information in a sheet of paper in printed version
** Team/ Group Name along with the registration number ( if registered online)
** Name of the team Leader/ Captain
** Team Manager – Name & phone nr of one person from the team who is managing the production, (can be Team Leader or another crew member), with whom we can frequently contact for supervision and update.
** Name of the members: Please print cleanly in bullet points, full name of the members in the team, along with their mobile numbers and their roles in the production. No need to include actors to this list, only the crew members.

2. Along with the Team Info sheet, please provide one photocopy of any identification (ID) for each of the team members. ( ID can be College Identity card, Pan, ADHAR, Voter Id or Driver’s License)
3. Please bring the original IDs for our verification. It shall be returned to you, soon after verification.
4. Two passport size photo of the team leader/captain must be handed over so that we can provide a letter of authorization, that this team is registered for the contest, if you may face any issues.
5. The team leader/captain must collect the actor/talent release forms and should get them signed by the actors appearing in your short film and submit them back along with the completed entry on May 14.
6. The team leader/captain should also sign a letter authorizing RKFA to use the said short film for their publicity, promotions and academic purposes in any way the RKFA deems fit.
7. A registration fee of Rs. 1000 will be charged per team. This can be paid through online payment or cash.
8. The concept of the short film will be announced at 10 am on May 14th through our Face book page and at the RKFA campus Thiruvananthapuram or other centers as well. ( Kochi & Kozhikode- You may check our Facebook page for the venue in Kochi & Kozhikode)

Note:
No equipments will be provided for the shoot. The crew should be equipped with at least a DSLR camera ( iPhone may also be used).

Prize Money:
** First Prize – INR 75,000
** Second Prize – INR 50,000
** Audience Poll – INR 25,00

Online Registration:
Once you register with your information on our website www.rkfa.in, you shall receive an automated email with your team’s registration number and our contest information packet which will provide you all the essential information and instructions. Online registration opens on 26 April 2017.

Registration Fee:
Registration fee for each team is INR 1000 (online/cash)

Last Date:
Late submissions will be disqualified. The teams should submit their short film on May 15th, 2017 before 10 am. Anything past 10:30 am will be disqualified
