These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the conduct of the Contest titled “Selfiestan Premier League”(‘SPL’/’Contest’) organized, conducted and brought to you by Hero Cycles Ltd.

Participation in this contest is voluntary. The Contest is open for residents of INDIA ONLY who are aged 18 years and above, but excludes employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, Dealers and Distributors of Hero Cycles, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.

Terms and Conditions:
** By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified here in totality. Participation in the Contest, as stated earlier, is voluntary, and implies full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated herein. If any one do not agree or cannot comply with any of the Terms, then please do not participate in the Contest.
** This contest is open from 12:00 AM on 20th April 2017 and endsat 11:59 PM on 22nd May 2017(‘Contest Period’).
** To participate in the Contest, participants must follow the official Hero Cycles Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, and participants shall be governed by the Terms stated herein below.

To participate in the #CashBack Premier League Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:
** Follow and Like Hero Cycles Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/HeroCyclesOfficial/ ; Twitter handle at https://twitter.com/Hero_Cycles ; Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/accounts/login/?next=/hero_cycles/
** Buy any Hero Sprint cycle from any of our dealer in India during the contest duration, upload the invoice copy on <link>
** Any entry that is defamatory/ derogatory against any race, caste, sex, religion, person will not be considered valid and shall not be considered/ eligible for the contest

At the end of the contest, lucky winners from the participants will be awarded prizes as follows:
** 1st May 2017 – 10 lucky participants will get a chance to meet & greet with the Kings XI Punjab players in Ludhiana/Bangalore
** 9th May 2017 – 1 lucky winner will get to toss the coin for the Kings XI Punjab match at Mohali
** 23rd May 2017 – 200 lucky winners will get a full cash back on the cycle purchased from Hero Cycles’ dealers
** Winners must make their own arrangements & expenses to travel to the match venues.
** The contest organizers reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice

Note:
** The weekly winners rankings will be frozen at 12:00 PM every Wednesday for the preceding 7 days. Any entry coming in from 12:00 PM Wednesday to 11:59 AM Wednesday will not affect the rankings.
** At the end of each week, only eligible contest entries received by the organizer will be considered for deciding winners.
** The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
** Hero Cycles reserves all rights to make amendments to the existing Terms or withdraw, change, alter, amend the Contest mechanism, Terms, Contest Period and/or any aspect related to the Contest including gratification without giving prior notice.
** It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
