Selfie With Surya Comedy Contest:

These terms & conditions are applicable to all the Participants/ Of SURYA COMEDY- Selfie with SURYA COMEDY CONTEST Promoted / organized by M/s Sun TV Network Ltd.

Period of the Contest:
The Contest starts on 04.05.2017, Wednesday at 12 pm and ends on 6.05.2017 Saturday at 10.00 pm.

Terms and condition:
** The Contest is open only for residents in Kerala and to any person who has attained the age of 18 years .
** “SURYA COMEDY” will ask their audiences to click selfies of them watching Surya comedy from 04.05.2017 to 06.05.2017 and post such pictures on the official Facebook and Twitter page of “SURYA COMEDY” i.e. www.facebook.com/SuryaComedy & https://twitter.com/SuryaComedy.
** Participants has to post their selfies while watching Surya comedy. STNL shall select 50 entries along with the respective images posted by viewers. Participants has to send the selfies under the specific post.
** The Participants should log on to the official Facebook and Twitter page of “Surya Comedy” i.e. www.facebook.com/SuryaComedy and https://twitter.com/SuryaComedy.
** STNL will choose 40 images from the post in the www.facebook.com/SuryaComedy and will choose 10 images from twitter account https://twitter.com/SuryaComedy as winners of the contest. The winners will be randomly chosen.
** The selection of winners shall be at the sole discretion of the STNL.
** Viewers can post any number of images on Facebook/Twitter to participate in the contest. Sending more number of images does not mean the eligibility of winning is higher.
** STNL will not be responsible in any way for failure of any backend technology of any applications and resultant inability of a user for participation.
** If the number of entries exceeds 50 and above for the entire contest, the winners will be chosen as per STNL discretion and only the selected winners will be informed by our STNL Team.
** If only 50 images are received, they will be considered as winners. The winners chosen will get a T-Shirt with the logo of Surya Comedy Channel.
** STNL Holds no responsibility or liability in case the winner/winners fail to be contactable by STNL on the day of the results being declared by STNL for any reason, having made despite the best efforts of STNL.
** A Maximum of 3 attempts will be made to contact each winner by STNL. In such a case, STNL shall not be liable to prove the efforts made in this regard and the next winner will be selected at STNL’s discretion.
** The transportation and accommodation expenses of the winner, if any, will not be borne by STNL. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the offer.
** All these agreed expenses shall be applicable only to the Winners, and not to any one whoever accompanies him. In case, of any additional person the winner has the sole responsibility to bear all his expenses.
** Winners will have to come to a designated location at a specified time to collect the prize. The location and time will be decided by STNL at its sole discretion and informed to the winners at the time of call.
** In case of any dispute or differences arise in respect of the prize/ selection of winners, the decision of STNL shall be final and binding on all the participants and winners.
** Though STNL shall make every effort to declare the results of the Contest on the due date for the respective winner, it shall not be responsible for any delay in announcing winners of the respective prize arising out of reasons beyond its control in the normal course of business.
** The winners shall not be eligible to transfer his/her right to collect the prize to any third parties.
** Employees of STNL and its affiliates/subsidiaries, sponsors of the prizes, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to participate in this contest.
** STNL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the participants/winners while participating in the Contest.
** Failure by STNL to enforce any of these Rules in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
** The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
** Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the contest and, or, pertaining to the rules and regulations and, or, the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
** The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by STNL. The venue of arbitration shall be at Chennai and the Arbitration proceedings shall be in English.
** Any interim reliefs sought under Arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai city only.
