Terms and conditions:
** Entrants must send entries as required in the contest announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the Last Date set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void.
** CODERS will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. CODERS is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by CODERS for any reason.
** The winner will be notified by the provided email to CODERS when they initially entered the contest.
** If the winner does not respond to the notification within: 10 business days, another winner will be chosen.
** Failure to respond within the time frames listed above shall mean that the provisional winner forfeits the award.
** Only one entry per person/company will be considered for contest entry.
** CODERS reserve the rights and property of all photos, drawings, text and any other content or information (collectively and severally, “Materials”) to the company or person who submitted it. It will never belong to CODERS.
** You acknowledge and agree that CODERS shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available any Materials submitted by you.
** Evaluations of the Projects and Materials submitted as part of the contest will be judged entirely in the sole and absolute discretion of CODERS. Decisions by CODERS are final.
** All entrants and winners must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated or posted.
** All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
** CODERS will take the part of the design process such as mentioned: logo, brand line, business cards and website design and development. CODERS will never take the printing costs of the material designed or hosting/domain costs.
** CODERS reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
** By entering the contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
** Winner will be chosen by CODERS on the merits of each entry, in CODE’s sole and absolute discretion.
** No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.
** CODERS reserves the right to modify this terms and conditions without previous notification.
** The design process of the winning project will be following CODERS guidelines.
** CODERS will be accepting project submits until 8th August of 2017.
** CODERS will contact the best projects during two months from the entry Last Date closing date, to determine the winner.
** Winner of the contest will be announced on 31st December of 2017.
** CODERS reserves the right to condition the award of prizes upon the execution by the winner of a publicity release.
** Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrant to use the entrant’s name (without compensation to the entrant) if the entrant is a winner to publicize the contest and otherwise, as determined by CODERS.
** The project start will begin within a year (and never more than a year) until the winner is announced.
** The project start will be accorded by both companies and their respective workflows.
** By joining the contest, you note that you are capable to communicate in one of the following languages: English, Hindi or Bengali.
** And therefore the communication will be in one of those languages.
