This contest is brought to you by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd and/or NMIPL (Referred to as NMIPL hereon) and managed by D2NA (referred as ‘contest managing body’ hereon) on behalf of NMIPL. By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to be bound by this agreement.

Eligibility:
The free-to-enter contest to be conducted on Twitter and Facebook timeline (“#UnitedByDatsun”) with videos, photos, documents etc. herein after referred to as the “contest” is open only to legal residents of India who are at least Eighteen (18) years of age as on 15th April, 2017.

Contest Entry Details:
1. The contest will begin on 15th April 2017 and end on 15th May 2017. You must be a member of the Twitter and Facebook website to enter. You may become a member of Twitter or Facebook website by providing your full name, date of birth, gender and email address to create a participant name and password.

This contest is open only to Datsun car owners. Entry is allowed for only close family of the owner only (parents / sibling / spouse / children). This will have to be proven via valid proofs. Visitor to the sites https://twitter.com/DatsunIndia; https://web.archive.org/web/20170831003433/https://www.facebook.com/DatsunIndiaCars/ may opt not to enter the contest as the same is not mandatory.

Steps to enter the contest:
1. Follow the Twitter page (https://twitter.com/DatsunIndia) or like the Facebook page https://web.archive.org/web/20170831003433/https://www.facebook.com/DatsunIndiaCars/
2. Anyone participating in the contests need to reply to the contest tweet on Twitter/ contest post on Facebook. The participant must send in their entries as a Reply/ post on the page or tweet with the contest hashtag (#UnitedByDatsun) on the contest tweet/ post.
3. Participants with the best entries will be announced on our SM pages and contacted shortly after.

Terms and Condition :
** This contest is managed by D2NA on behalf of NMIPL (referred as ‘contest managing body’) and NMIPL is not liable in case of any misplacements.
** The contest managing body reserves all the right to change, curtail or discontinue the contest without any prior notice in any form.
** Decision of NMIPL or contest managing body is final in all respects and binding on all participants to the offer and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
** NMIPL / DigitasLBi has complete rights to modify the Contest timelines / prizes at given point of time including withdrawing the contest at any point
** By entering the contest all participants confirm having understood all the terms and conditions stated in this document and accept those terms and conditions.
** Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the participant.
** NMIPL or contest managing body will not be held responsible for any discrepancies related to submitting entries in the contest.
** NMIPL or contest managing body may at any time modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of this contest, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to the participant.
** The decision of contest managing body is final in all respects and shall be binding on all the participants and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
** The winners of the contest will be notified by direct message on Twitter or Facebook only. No call or SMS shall be made or accepted in respect of this contest or the result of the same by NMIPL or contest managing body.
** Winner to confirm the ownership of the Datsun car by sending a scanned copy of the RC Total 4 winners will be selected. A winner will be announced each week and will be awarded with Apple iPhone6 (32 GB).
** The gift is not transferable or exchangeable and in the event that for any reason whatsoever becomes unavailable, NMIPL reserves the right to substitute the gift with another.
** The winner needs to furnish correct and provide complete contact details (contact number, email id and address).
** Participant gives rights to NMIPL/DigitasLBi for usage of any contest entry content (images/copy / etc) during the future course (no time period validaity) – across all platforms (digital / TV / radio / OOH / conema / etc
