** This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (‘HSBC’) under an arrangement with Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (‘Snapdeal’) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.

** The offer is applicable to existing and new HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders, excluding corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cardholders’).
** Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card (‘Card’) to avail of the offer.
** During the period 5 May 2017 to 4 June 2017 (both dates inclusive) (Offer Period), Cardholders on using their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card (Card) at merchant website link ‘Snapdeal.com’ (Please copy paste the merchant website link on your browser to access the website) or the Snapdeal mobile application (‘Snapdeal’) will be entitled to 10% instant discount (up to 1,000 per card) on a minimum purchase transaction of 5,000.
** In order to avail the discount, Cardholders must select the HSBC offer on the payment page and pay using their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card.
** HSBC Credit Cards and Debit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the offer separately on each Card (i.e. Maximum instant discount of 1,000 each on HSBC Credit and Debit Cards).
** Add-on credit Cardholders will have separate offer eligibility.
** Multiple Card transactions adding up to 5,000 during the Offer Period will not be eligible for the offer.
** However, multiple items adding up to 5,000 included in a single transaction will be eligible for the offer.
** This offer can be availed only if the full payment is made using an HSBC Credit or Debit card.
** Transactions where payment (partial or full) is made using any other mode of payment (SD cash or e-voucher, or other bank cards or e-wallet options) will not be eligible for the instant discount.
** In case of cancellation of transaction (in part or full), the instant discount amount will not be refunded and standard cancellation policy of Snapdeal (as specified on Snapdeal website) will apply.
** Prior to using the Snapdeal website and/or the mobile app, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and the mobile app, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same.
** The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online.
** The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile app, prior to providing any such information.
** Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC shall not be responsible for the same.
** Snapdeal may use the personal information shared by the Cardholder for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and the Bank will not be held liable for such usage of personal information.
** The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of Snapdeal and the Cardholders are required to refer, read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by them prior to availing the Offer.
** HSBC does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered by Snapdeal and does not make any warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of products on Snapdeal.
** Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the Cardholder directly to Snapdeal.
** HSBC and Snapdeal reserve the right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above.
** All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and Snapdeal and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
