No Purchase Necessary. Please read these entry terms (“Entry Terms”) before entering the ‘#NoSharam Face Contest’ (“Contest”) conducted by Guiltfree Industries Ltd.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions for this Contest.

2. The Contest shall be open from 3 May, 2017 on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram and shall close on 10 May, 2017 on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram (‘Contest Period’). Entries received outside of the Contest Period shall not be considered.

3. There is no fee charged to participate in this Contest.

4. The Contest is open exclusively to all citizens of India with valid proof of identity and having more than 18 years of age; except employees and the family members of GIL, its associate companies, its advertising and contestable agencies and its auditors.

5. To participate in the Contest, the Participants must post a picture in response to the Contest call for entries as per the method defined in the post. On Facebook, the Participants must comment on the call for entries with their entry picture with the text “#NoSharam Face”. On Twitter, the Participants must mention “@TooYumm” and “#NoSharam Face” in their tweet with the entry photo or video.

On Instagram, the Participants must tag “@TooYumm” and mention “#NoSharam Face” in their entry photo or video post. Any individual following these rules shall be judged to be a Participant of the contest.

6. By participating in the contest, all Participants ensure that they conform to all the rules and regulations and the Terms and Conditions as set out by Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. GIL will not be liable for any Participant violating these Terms and Conditions.

7. A total of ten winning entries (“Winner”) shall be chosen during the contest period on the criteria of cheekiness and humour as adjudged by the judge(s) appointed by GIL, and their judgement will be final and binding. In case of a tie break, Participants who have shared / retweeted / reposted the contest call for entry posts will be given preference.

8. Entries that are found to be contrary to existing laws, by-laws, public policy, recognized standards of conduct or otherwise inappropriate shall be declared invalid.
9. Incomplete or otherwise invalid entries shall not be considered.
10. Multiple entries per participant are allowed.
