DIT University Life At DIT 360 Contest

1. “ Life At DIT 360 contest ” contest is brought to you by DIT University, Dehradun, India(“Organizer”).

2.Contest is open for residents of India only.(“Contestant”).
3.By participating in this Contest, the Contestant agrees to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
4.No Purchase is required. Participation is optional.

5.Contest will be conducted on Facebook from 08:00PM on 4th May, 2017 to 11th May 8:00PM on , 2017 (“Contest Period”)
6.Contest will be conducted under the supervision of DIT University’s Facebook page managers and prizes will only be given after a certain number of entries have come in.

7.To participate in the Contest, the User will have to

Send in panoramic photos of DIT University’s campus and its surroundings.

8.Users can send multiple entries during the Contest period. Entries sent in anywhere else, except the respective Facebook Timeline post, won’t be eligible for winning the contest.

9.Contest winners will be decided by the Social Media page’s manager of DIT University. The winner of Facebook will be decided on the basis of quality of entries as well as number of people he/she invites on board.

10.Not with standing anything stated herein, Organizer reserves the right to stop the Contest at any time and/or change, modifies, withdraw, or extend the Contest without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

11.The Organizer reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, and Indian residency at the given prize delivery address and in case of any misrepresentation the organizer shall cancel the winner declared. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organizer.

12.Organizer at its own discretion can accept or reject any entries/Winner and no objection in this regard shall be entertained in any manner including in ability to contact the Winner, incorrect phone number, incorrect mail id, or incorrect address or failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, etc.

13.If the winner cannot be approached on mobile number or email and no revert from the winner is received within seven (7) days after first attempted notification, DIT Univesity may at its sole discretion give the winning prize to the next declared winner and the original winner’s entitlement to the prize will not be entertained.

14.Decision of the Organizer will be final and binding with regard to the contest and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
15.Prizes are not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the prizes will be made.
16.This Contest cannot be clubbed with any of the contest/ contests.
17.The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi will apply exclusively.
