** This is an Online Musical competition organized by “SRI OM SRI MUSICAL DISCOVERY SOCIETY” which is a Society Registered under Society Registration Act 1860.
** The registered office of society is located in Distt. Sitapur at Mohh.- Tareenpur, U P , India. This show will not broadcast on any television channel.
** The videos will be promoted on our websites, you tube and other social media.
** Registration will be based online only within the allowed time period.
** No fees or compensation for any cause is payable by INDIAN YOUTH SINGER to any participants.
** To participate in IYS, Participant’s age must be 15-40 years. Aadhar card is mandatory for the participant.
** This is an online solo music competition show. Each enrolled participant will require to be sending their self recorded video of good quality.

Competitive video recording must comply with following conditions:
** On the recording performer(s) and concert master must be clearly seen.
** Complete performance is to be performed like on regular competition and video editing or playback is absolutely forbidden.
** Stopping the camcorder during performance is not allowed.
** Recording which does not comply required conditions will be returned to the performer, with the request to send us new recording in timely manner, which compiles Rules.

** Audio filter and other types of editor must not be used. Audio must be in RAW and UNEDITED.
** Any cheating with the videos and show may lead to rejection of applicant immediately.
** No nudity, sexual behavior, profanity, or absence content allowed.
** Concerned authority of the “SRI OM SRI MUSICAL DISCOVERY SOCIETY” holds the rights to remove a video deemed such.
** If the applicant is misleading the other people and spreading the humors about Indian Youth Singer then the “SRI OM SRI MUSICAL DISCOVERY SOCIETY” has all the right to disqualify to the candidate/applicant and take legal action against the candidate/ applicant.
** Applicants must disclose to the Society of IYS in writing full details of any and all criminal or civil proceedings/ actions pending, proceedings served and/or convictions unspent as at the date of Application.
** “Sri Om Sri Musical Discovery Society” reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law.
** Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or the Competition Notice.
** A copy of the Rules may also be obtained by contacting the relevant Promotions department of the publication in which the competition appeared.
** No filming, recording or photography will be permitted at any of the event nights unless agreed in writing by the Society prior to an event.
** By participation in competition, competitors automatically disown the right for any material (financial) remuneration regarding eventual publication and distribution of music video recordings on CD and DVD publications and Internet.
** By applying for the competition, participants automatically accept conditions from previous provisions of these Rules.
** In case there is any mismatch of details in any round of the Show, the Participants may be disqualified from further participation in the Show, if he/she is unable to resolve discrepancies.
** Participants must ensure that they maintain the decorum of the Audition venue. Further, the instructions of the Organizer’s shall be adhered to strictly.
** Any Participants who acts in contravention to the instructions of the Organizers or creates nuisance either to the Organizers or to any other person, shall immediately be disqualify.
** “Sri Om Sri Musical Discovery Society” has all the rights to update the Terms & Conditions at any time without notify the users , users need to visit the site time to time to stay updated.
** Please note that to audition for the “Sri Om Sri Musical Discovery Society” you must be 15 to 40 years as of 04th MAY 2017.
** If you are under 18 please make sure that you get your parent’s or guardian’s permission before applying.
