Amazon Great Indian Sale Yatra Offer :

1.This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided and funded by Yatra Online Private Limited (“Yatra”) and made available on www.amazon.in and the mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

2.These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to:
(a) the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in;
(b) the terms and conditions of Code (as defined hereinafter) or redemption thereof, provided by Yatra;
(c) Yatra Terms and Conditions for this Offer as provided below and
(d) User agreement and privacy policy of Yatra. In the event of any conflict between the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

3.This Offer will commence from May 11, 2017 and continue till May 14, 2017, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Yatra in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

4.During the Offer Period, every person who:
(a) signs in to or signs up for the Amazon India Online Shopping App (“Amazon App”), and

(b) places an order of over INR 500 through the Amazon App (each such order is hereinafter be referred to as “Eligible Order” and each such person is hereinafter referred to as a “Purchaser”), will be entitled to receive a discount code from Yatra which can be redeemed once on a domestic hotel bookings on the Yatra website/ mobile application (“Yatra.com”) to avail a discount of INR 1000 (“Code”)

5.However, the Purchaser will not be eligible to receive above Code if the products purchased in the Eligible Order are returned by the Purchaser or if the Eligible Order is cancelled by the Purchaser or any of the sellers. If you cancel/ return part of your Eligible Order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay is more than INR 500.

6.This Offer can only be availed by a Purchaser once, i.e. on the first Eligible Order placed by the Purchaser on the Amazon App during the Offer Period.

7.In the event any Purchaser fails to meet any of the above stated eligibility criteria or any term under these Offers Terms, he/she will not be eligible to avail the Offer.

8.Amazon will provide eligible Purchasers information with respect to the Code on their registered email id and/or by way of a push notification on their Amazon App on or before June 20, 2017. Amazon will receive the Codes from Yatra and shall distribute the same to the Purchasers on as is basis.

9.Amazon shall be only be liable to comply with obligations pertaining to distribution of the Code to Purchaser under this Offer in accordance with these Offer Terms. Any liability with respect to the Code(s) which arises after distribution of Code(s) shall be borne by Yatra.

10.By participating in this Offer, every Purchaser expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Purchaser may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or misuse, verification, redemption and/or any other matter in relation to the Codes.

11.Any query in relation to the Code should be addressed directly to Yatra at support@yatra.com. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, fulfilment, use or misuse of the Codes, discount and/ or any services from Yatra in any manner whatsoever.

12.Amazon and/or Yatra reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/ or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice.

13.These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising between the customers and Yatra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
