Terms & Conditions :
(a) BigRock customers buying domain names on bigrock.in, between the 10th of May to the 21st of May, 2017 (both dates inclusive), will be eligible to participate in the Contest, subject to fulfilling the conditions provided under (c) below.
(b) The winner of the Contest will win an iPhone 7.

(c) To be eligible to take part in the Contest, the Participant will have to fulfil all the below conditions (“Eligible Participant”), to the satisfaction of BigRock:
(i) The Participant will have to buy a domain name (“Participant”) on the BigRock.in website (“Platform”) between the 10th – 21st May, 2017, (“Contest Period”) and the payment towards such purchase shall be made to the satisfaction of BigRock.
(ii) The Contest is only applicable for purchase of domain names with one of the following extensions: .com/.net/.org/.in/.info/.co.
(iii) At the time of purchasing the domain name from the Platform, the Participant has to apply the coupon code “BIGIPHONE7” (“Coupon Code”). Combination of any other coupon codes at the time of using this Coupon Code, shall disqualify the Participant from participating in the Contest.
(iv) Participant using an incorrect and/or incomplete Coupon Code, shall be disqualified to be an Eligible Participant, and shall be disqualified from participating in the Contest.
(v) The Participant should not have cancelled the registration of the domain name, before the end of the Contest Period.
(vi) Participant agrees that employing any means to abuse the process, to participate and/or win the Contest, including but not limited to, using bots and/or scripts will forthwith get disqualified from being an Eligible Participant.
(vii) Each registered Participant will be entitled to use the Coupon Code and participate in the Contest, only once during the Contest Period.
(viii) The Participant has to be a resident in India with a valid residential address in India, during the Contest Period.

(d) The Coupon Code does not entitle the Participants of the Contest to any discounts.
(e) The winner of the Contest shall be selected by way of a lucky draw, in a manner that BigRock determines to be most appropriate, and the Participant agrees that BigRock can determine the rules to determine the lucky winner, at its sole discretion.
(f) Big Rock’s decision to disqualify a Participant and/or announcing the winner of the Contest shall final and binding.
(g) Participant also agrees that Big Rock is, at its sole discretion entitled to determine the specific model, colour and configuration of the iPhone 7.
(h) Big Rock does not give any express or implied warranties to the winner of the Contest, for the iPhone 7, and Big Rock shall not be liable for any inherent defects in the iPhone 7.
(i) DWTPL reserves the right to discontinue the Contest, at any time during the Contest Period, at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
(j) All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
