Goromer Chhuti Protijogita Contest :

These Contest Terms And Conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern your participation in the “Colors Bangla Goromer Chhuti Protijogita” (“Contest”) conducted by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Company” or “we”) on the Facebook page viz. www.facebook.com/colorsbangla (“Page”).

Eligibility:
A. The Contest is open only to the following:
i. legal residents of West Bengal, India (“Territory”)
ii. Above five years of age upto a maximum of fifteen years of age.
iii. Having a valid Facebook account or having a parent/guardian with a valid Facebook account in compliance with the Facebook terms and conditions.
iv. the participation herein shall be deemed to be with the prior consent and knowledge of such Participant’s parents/legal guardians and all obligations, responsibility and undertakings (as contained herein) should be complied by such Participant’s parent/legal guardian.

B. Participants should state all the required information, which has been asked from them including but not limited to the details required by Facebook.

C. The Contest is not open to the permanent and/or contract employees and directors of the Company, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Contest Procedure :
a) The Contest shall commence from May 15th, 2017 12:00 P.M. and will end on June 14, 2017 11:59 P.M. (“Contest Period”).
b) Participants can participate in the Contest, by logging on to Page using their own or their respective parent’s/guardian’s Facebook ID and password.
c) For four (4) days of the week i.e. from Monday to Thursday during the Contest Period, the Company shall post a contest theme such as drawing, fire-free recipes etc. on the Page and the Participants shall be required to post pictures of their drawings or post recipes basis such theme after logging on to the Page.
d) Participant’s entry shall be submitted to the Channel on or before the Due Date each week during the Contest Period in the manner prescribed and as per the details provided along with the contest theme. (“Submissions”).
e) The contact details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by the Company. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in the Submissions will result in disqualification from entry into the Contest and the receipt of the Prize.
f) The Submissions sent by the participants for each week are required to reach the Company on or before 11:59 PM of the Thursday of such week for which a particular contest theme was released (“Due Date”).
g) The Participants shall ensure that the Submission submitted by them is in good taste, not obscene, vulgar, libelous, defamatory, insulting, annoying, hurting religious, community and nationality sentiments, or in any other way contrary to law, public morals or good taste.
h) A reasonable level of skill is required. Participants can send only one Submission per week during the Contest Period. However, the Participant can submit one Submission s during each week of the Contest Period.
i) The Company shall not be responsible in the event Submissions are not received, and also for technical error of any nature whatsoever that results in a Submission not being received.
j) Submissions should state all the required information asked from the Participant(s) on the Page and/or in these Terms and Conditions. If the same is not complied with, then the Submission will not be considered and will be disqualified.
k) The Company shall not be responsible for any entries submitted but not received or recorded due to any reason whatsoever.
l) The Participants shall not digitally alter or morph the images in any manner for Submissions. Any kind of enhancements made to the original images shall disqualify the Submissions.
m) There is no cost involved in for registration of the Contest. However, the network operator or the internet service provider shall charge such amount as deemed fit by them for the usage of the services.

Selection Process :
a) After the Contest Period, Company will review all the eligible Submissions which will be scrutinized by the Company.

The Company will select 1 (one) Submission from each of the 3 age groups viz. 5yrs to 8yrs, 9yrs to 12yrs and 13yrs to 15yrs of the Participants, i.e. a total of 3 (three) eligible Submissions shall be selected at the end of each week during the Contest Period as Winners of the respective Contest Theme (“Winner(s)”).

b) The Winners(s) will be selected by the Company, determined as per its sole discretion based on the criteria that it deems fit.
c) In the event that the Company is of the opinion none of the Submissions are eligible to be selected, then the Company may exercise its discretion not to select any participant as Winner(s).
d) The Company will have the right to verify the authenticity of each Submission and the Participants are required to comply with the requests of the Company to verify the authenticity of submissions made to the Company.
e) The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant(s) from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Participant(s).
f) Each Winner shall stand a chance to win 2 (two) Passes of Nicco Park Wet O Wild, Kolkata (“Theme Park”) i.e. one for the Winner and one for the parent/.guardian who shall accompany the Winner (“Prize”).
g) A Participant once chosen as a Winner will be entitled to only one Prize. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the participants to win any prize.
