Turtles Pizza Party Contest :

This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all applicants for participation who comply with below conditions (“Participants”)

Conditions :
** are citizens of India;
** are viewers of the channel “Nick HD+” (“Channel”);
** who are mobile/landline subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Loop and Tata (“Service Providers”); and
** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to watch the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” program (“Program”) on the Channel i.e. “Nick HD+”, Monday – Sunday from 9.30PM till 10.00PM during the Contest Period and answer 1 (one) question correctly by selecting the correct answer from the multiple options provided on the Channel or any other platform as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion, during the Contest Period as per methods provided hereinbelow.

The questions may vary every day during the Contest Period and the Participants may participate more than once on every day basis. The Winners shall be selected and declared in the manner more particularly set out herein. The Winners of the Contest will be selected as per the selection mechanism provided below.

Modes of Participation:
The Participant can answer the questions in one of the following methods:
** Via SMS, by sending an SMS ‘NickHD’ <space> Option A or Option B <space> Your Name to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers; or
** Via IVRS by dialing IVR number DIAL 5056882 From Vodafone, Aircel, Airtel, Idea, Reliance, Tata mobile & Airtel Landline or DIAL 1255568 from BSNL Landline, mobile & MTNL mobile; or
** By logging on the Sonic India webpage – www.sonicgang.com for participating and posting their answer on the aforesaid webpage as per the terms, conditions and instructions provided therein.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 18th May, 2017 and shall conclude on 25th May, 2017 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Selection of Winners:
** At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 20 (twenty) Participants on maximum entries during the Contest Period and on first come basis and who have answered the questions correctly as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”) and such Winners shall be eligible for gratification as detailed herein.
** The Winners shall be announced on 5th June, 2017 or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion (“Announcement”).
** The Prizes will be distributed, at the end of the Contest, on such date(s) and time(s) as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

Each of the Winners as selected and declared by the Organizers would be entitled to win the prize, as set out below:
** Of the total of 20 (twenty) Winners, the Organiser shall in its sole discretion, select:
** 10 (ten) Winners who along with any 2 (two) of their respective friends/family members will be eligible for a one-time opportunity to attend a Pizza Party in Mumbai on such date and locations as determined by the Organizer; and
** 10 (ten) Winners who along with any 2 (two) of their respective friends/family members will be eligible for a one-time opportunity to attend a Pizza Party in Delhi on such date and locations as determined by the Organizer.

Note:
** The Organiser shall organise the Pizza Party at such location (within the cities of Mumbai and Delhi) and on such date/s as may be determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion.
** Organiser shall have the right to modify / change / amend / remove the location, dates, terms and conditions of the said Pizza Party without assigning any reason for the same and the Organiser shall not be held liable for the same.
** Winners and persons accompanying them / attending the said Event shall strictly comply with the rules of the Event venue.
** This shall be a strict condition precedent to the Winners availing the Prize.
** It is clarified further that the nature, duration and other elements of the Pizza Party shall be as determined by the Organisers in its sole discretion and the Winners and Participants shall have no right to question the nature, form, type or number of the Prize / gratification being given by the Organiser.
** The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the nature, form, type or number of the Prize / gratification being given by the Organizer.
** Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.
** Prizes will be distributed at the end of the Contest Period, at such date and time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion subject to compliance of terms and conditions here and all instructions of Organizer from time to time.
** Each Winner understands that the gratification mentioned above shall be subject to strict compliance of terms and conditions hereunder or otherwise specified by Organizers from time to time.
