These Terms are applicable to all the Participants who participate in the Contest. By entering into this Contest, a Participant hereby agrees and accepts the Terms of the Contest.

Customers and non customers of ICICI Bank, both can participate in the Contest.

How To Participate:
Participants shall be able to participate in the Contest in two ways by following the steps mentioned below
** Submit the entry on the website
** Submit the entry at an ICICI Bank branch

Terms & Conditions:
** The jury will adjudicate the Winners on the basis of the inspirational nature of the story
** In the event of a tie, the Submissions will be submitted to the Jury for adjudicating the Winner between the tied entries
** Decision of the Jury and ICICI Bank shall be final and binding
** Participant understands and agrees that the he/she shall not have any claim against ICICI Bank, its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc., with respect to such use of story and photo submitted for Contest and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of Participant’s Submission at any time in the future for the purpose of promoting the Contest or the Campaign.
** Winners will be declared only after validation of the Submission submitted by the Participant
** Original signed consent letters must be stored safely till the announcement of Winners for audit purposes.
** The Participant of the story (whether he does it directly on the website or indirectly through our branch staff) hereby confirms that he/she has the necessary permissions/approvals in place to submit the relevant stories; irrespective whether such story is submitted on bhelaf of Participant and/or any other person.
** Participant hereby undertakes that such consent is not unreasonably withheld.
** In case of any claims by any third party arising out of or connected to the submission made by the Partipant, the Participant agress to l indemnify and hold harmless ICICI Bank against any such claims/dispute/complaint.
** The Participant hereby agrees and represents that the content uploaded true and genuine.
** The Particpant understands thatpPublishing a Submission is at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
** ICICI Bank shall not be held liable in case any Submission is not uploaded on the ICICI portal and no such communication shall be sent to the Participant informing Participant on the acceptance of submission.
** ICICI Bank may at any time, at its sole discretion, ask for additional documents in support of the submission.
** ICICI Bank shall have the sole discretion regarding the upload of the Submission on the Website and Submissions having any obscenity/foul language etc. or which have photos that feature violence or nudity or any obscenity will be deleted.
** Submissions for the ‘Featured Story’ section shall be selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank. The featured story section will appear on the website once adequate number of entries are collected, to highlight some stories
** Submissions once submitted cannot be edited. However, they can be deleted by sending an email request to the email id support@fundyourownworth.com
** The data given by the Participant (email ID, name, mobile number) can be used to send promotional communication by ICICI Bank
** This Contest is valid for Customers/non-customers both
** Participation in the Contest by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
** The Submissions shall have to be original and the Participant is solely responsible for the same.
** If there is any IPR infringement claim then the Participant shall have to settle that dispute without any reference to ICICI Bank and shall be responsible for the same. ICICI Bank shall have no liability towards any of the claim that arises in this regard. .
** Winners shall be sent an intimation via email regarding the same.
** Each Participant would be eligible for Awards as per the Contest Terms and Contest.
** The Award is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable.
** The period of the Contest is May 12 – July 15, 2017 both dates inclusive.
** The Jury’s decision on the announcement of the Winners would be final and binding.

Other Terms & Conditions:
** ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Award. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any postal/courier delays in the delivery of the Awards.
** ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for factual accuracy and copyrights of the content provided by the Customer.
** Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer/s due to provision of the Awards, shall be to the sole account of the Customer/s.
** All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Awards, if any, shall be addressed to support@fundyourownworth.com
** The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the award/ gift shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
