** Emami Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) invites you to participate in the “Young Tiger JR. NTR Tho Meeru” contest.

** Contest period will be valid from 1st April, 2017 to 30th June, 2017 (both days inclusive) and is restricted to citizens and residents of India only.
** Participation to the contest is open to people having a valid mobile number Registered in India.

How To Participate :
To participate in this contest, customers need to purchase a pack of Navratna Cool Oil. (50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 500ml)
** 100 lucky winners will get a chance to meet JR. NTR.
** 5 lucky winners will win a smartphone every week.
** 25 lucky winners will win a mobile recharge worth Rs. 50/- (Rs. Fifty only) every day.

The mechanics of the contest are as follows:
** Participant purchases a pack of Navratna Cool Oil (50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 500ml).
** Participant opens the pack and messages the unique code printed inside the flap to 9222211444.
** Standard SMS charges will apply. Message delivery is subject to operator dependency.
** The Company disclaims all the rights in the event no message is delivered.
** One unique code can be registered once only.

** The Company’s decision will be final and binding with regard to the Contest winner selection and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** Winners shall be selected by lucky draw.
** Lucky winners shall be notified after the conclusion of the Activity in any manner/medium as deemed appropriate by the company.
** Prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
** They cannot be encashed and/or transferred. The ’Contest’ Prize shall not be transferred or sold, and cannot be clubbed with any other Offer and will be exclusively for the Winner.
** The participants shall not have any objections in this regard and agree to take part in such activities as stated above unconditionally.
** The Company shall deem any information voluntarily supplied during the course of the ‘Contest’ and/or personal information provided by the Participants as “non-confidential”, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality.
** Each Participant expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the ‘Contest’, Company may use any information collected, in any media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any reference, payment or other compensation to the Participant, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
** The Company reserve the right to use the Winners names and ‘Contest’ entries, for promotion and post-coverage of the ‘Activity’ on our social media platforms and other platforms.
** Each participant’s personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies if the same is required by law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.
** The Participants shall indemnify and hold us harmless against any loss that may occur to them due to non-adherence of the terms and conditions of the ‘Contest’.
