Canvas Project 3.0 Contest :

1. Eligibility:
The Contest is open to Indian residents only who give their consent and agree to be bound by these Rules and other rules as may be specified by the V.I.P. INDUSTRIES LIMITED. Participants are allowed to send multiple entries.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on 24th May, 2017 and the closing date for receipt of entries by V.I.P.INDUSTRIES LIMITED is 16th June 2017. All dates are subject to change without any intimation.

3. How to Enter:
To enter the Contest, visit the Contest website located at www.skybags.co.in or can click on the link at www.skybags.co.in/canvasproject (“Contest Site”) during the Contest Period and follow the instructions that appear:

(a) complete the login form with all details of the contest entry;
(b) download the template and logo for designing the bags which includes suitcases, strollys or backpacks ; and
(c) submit the design by uploading it in .jpg or .png format.

4. Judging and Selection of Winners:
Judging criteria:
Each Design will be evaluated and scored based on the following “Criteria”:
** Artistic merit – drawing skills
** Creativity and originality
** Communication of the design theme in both the drawing and supporting statement – how well the Participants explain what the design represents in the supporting statement and drawing
** Adherence to the Design Requirements and the Rules
** Audience votes (Via Social media)

The final decision will be the judge’s call and is binding on all participants.

Selection of Winners:
** Daily winners will be announced during the duration of the contest
** The Grand Prize winner will be announced within 2 weeks from the closure of the contest.
** The runner up will be announced within 2 weeks from the closure of the contest

Decisions of the judges are final and binding. In the event if there are not enough eligible entries then all prizes will not be awarded. If a potential winner is unable for whatever reason to accept his or her prize, or does not comply with the rules then V.I.P. INDUSTRIES LIMITED reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant.

Notification of Finalists and Winners:
Becoming a finalist is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and such other rules as may imposed by V.I.P. Industries Limited from time to time.

5. Prizes:
Following are the details on the prizes that will be awarded as per the conditions mentioned above in point 4.
** Grand prize: High-end 4k Desktop Computer
** Second Prize: New 4k Action Camera
** Daily prize: Skybags Backpack
