Refer a Friend Offer :

** This is an offer by Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (‘Club Mahindra’).

** This offer is exclusively for the existing Members who have fulfilled the below mentioned Eligibility Criteria.
** All claims for the HFRP Rewards should be settled between “Club Mahindra” and the Member within 6 months from Member`s qualification for HFRP Rewards.
** After 6 months the company will not be liable to process the HFRP rewards for the Members.
** This Offer will run from 1st Apr 2017 to 30th June 2017 (both days inclusive).
** The duration of Offer can be curtailed or extended as deemed necessary and in its sole discretion by “Club Mahindra” without issuing any prior notice.

Member‘s Eligibility Criteria :
** Member should not have any outstanding dues/ raised any cancellation requests/ retention process/ issues raised by the Member pending with respect of the “Club Mahindra Membership”.
** The Member for getting the Reward has to refer any person/s for Club Mahindra membership (Referral/s).
** The Referral has to successfully sign-up the “Club Mahindra Application Form” and is required to pay the down payment and further pay as per the payment plans opted by him/her.
** In case, if the Referral Member Withdraws and / or cancels the “Club Mahindra Membership” purchased and / or has made any request for cancellation which is pending with “Club Mahindra”, in which case the member would be dis-entitled from getting the Rewards as stated in this offer hereinafter.

Rewards:
Any Member who has successfully satisfied the above eligibility criteria is entitled to HFRP Points as stated in the table below:-

** Purple – 15000 Points
** Red – 12500 Points
** White  -10000 Points
** Blue – 7500 Points
** Any 2nd referral – 20000 Points
** Any 3rd referral  -30000 Points

The Rewards will be delivered to the Eligible Members within 60 days of conveying his/her options in respect of the Reward as hereinafter provided.

Process for claiming Redemption of Points:
The Member can redeem only referral points (1 point= 1 INR) against

** Realignment/ Upgrade
** RCVs
** ASF
** Yatra Vouchers
** Tanishq/ Kalyan Vouchers

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
** Gift Voucher(s) can be redeemed ONLY on bookmyshow website & mobile app (iOS, Andriod & Windows). They cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box-office.
** Gift Voucher(s) can be redeemed on purchase of eticket(s) for Movies/Plays/Concerts/Sports Or Merchandise (if any) available on bookmyshow.
** Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used in a single transaction or Gift Voucher can be combined with any other payment type on bookmyshow.
** Gift Voucher can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhuasted within the validity period.
** If lost misused, the Gift Voucher(s) cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
** In addition to these Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Gift Voucher & their use on our website are also subject to BookMyShow’s general Terms of Use & BookMyShow’s decision will be final in case of any dispute
