** This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying contest details (collectively the “Terms”). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.

** The Organizer of the Contest is Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”), which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.

** To enter the Contest, entrants must have placed an order through the telephonic ordering system or through the registered website of the organizer (naaptol.com) during the promotional period 3rd April 2017 to 30th April 2017 and should have in his/her possession a valid delivered order and documentary proof of delivery.

** In addition to the above, the customer should have participated in ‘Cash Ki Baarish’ contest organized by the organizer. Only such orders are eligible to enter the lucky draw.
** Under the ‘Cash ki Baarish’ contest, Participant has to post his/her selfie on Naaptol’s Facebook page ‘facebook.com/shopatnaaptol’ with his/her order number and type a hashtag ‘#CashKiBaarish’ (For e.g. #CashKiBaarish Order number 0000000000).

** Lucky entries will stand a chance to win exciting prizes

** Any order that is canceled or returned for any reason whatsoever will be considered ineligible for the lucky draw under this promotion.
** Employees of Naaptol including their relatives, friends, common acquaintances, its Associate companies, Statutory Auditors, Business advisors, Consultants, Sellers, Business associates would not be eligible for this contest.
** Organizer has the right to discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, during the promotion period, without assigning any reason.
** The winner will be determined solely on the basis of Organizer’s discretion. Representatives of Organizer will pick the lucky draw winner through a manual random selection process from the eligible entries. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
