Special awards for: Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress.

Rules and Regulations:
01. The duration of the film will be between 5 and 10 minutes.
02. Language shall be either Malayalam or English.
03. Participants need to register on or before 20thJuly 2017.
04. Theme of the film: “Reconciliation” (A\pcRvP\w)
05. Film should be submitted in CD/DVD format on or before August 20th along with affidavit of Parish Vicar in the prescribed format that the film is an original creation not a dubbed or adaptation, violating copy write rules.
06. All the films selected would be screened at the Lumen Youth Centre in short film festival on 17th September 2017.
07. Lumen youth centre will have the right to circulate and screen the films selected for jury screening in events and functions it organizes or co-operates with.
08. Awards will be given to the winners at the Award Night of the Lumen Youth Centre in December 27th 2017.
09. Criteria for awards would be aesthetic and technical excellence, thematic relevance, communication, potential and visual rhythms.
10. Decision of the jury would be final and binding on all the entries.
