Winners will be chosen on the basis of the following factors:
1) Lucky winners will get a chance to win goodies from XOLO.
2) Use of any bots or any other automated tool will lead in disqualification.

3) All entries must be received within the contest period :
** Any abusive/inappropriate content will result in an automatic elimination from the contest without warning.
** Winners will be chosen solely on the discretion of XOLO. The decision will be to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
** Choosing the winner is solely on discretion of XOLO.
** The company shall not be responsible for any failure to upload or enter contest due to any network or system or internet error, irrespective of the cause of such error.
** The vouchers/prizes are non-encashable, non-refundable, and non-extendable.
** XOLO is not responsible for any incorrect, malfunctioning or undeliverable e-mail or postal address provided by a prize-winner.
** Entering incorrect details (name and email address) will lead to automatic disqualification.

General:
** Participation in the contest doesn’t require any fees. We do not vet and are not responsible for any of the images/text entries which will be submitted during the contest.
** We are not the author or publisher of any such information.
** Images or text entries submitted during the contest are not endorsed by XOLO.
** Any images submitted are the images of the participants, and do not represent any images from XOLO.
** XOLO reserves the right to remove any images at its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever.

Entry Submissions ·
1. XOLO will not tolerate submissions that are defamatory, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context.

2. XOLO reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest at any time on the grounds of posting images or submitting entries that doesn’t deem fit or meets the agreement of this contest.

3. Do not post any material that is perceived by XOLO, to be an insult or attack on another participant.

4. This contest is being organized by XOLO and although it is open to all, it must be stressed that the entries received in this contest do not reflect the view of XOLO, and although we wish to foster lively participation without restricting users freedom to express their opinions, any posting deemed to be extreme may be removed with/without warning.

5. Profanity, vulgarity, obscenity or anything that is deemed unsuitable for a family audience.
6. Disparages race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or nation.
7. Infringes on anyone’s rights of privacy.
