Terms & Conditions :
** The contest is hosted by Future Retail Limited(FRL) through social platforms only (Facebook & twitter)
** To participate, you need to submit pictures recreating the 6 asanas (bonus points if you get more people in the picture doing the asana with you!)
** Preference will be given to those users who recreate the asanas in group as family, friends etc…
** Pictures need to be shared on our wall on Facebook or have to be tagged (@bigbazaar) on Twitter
** The winners will be announced on the Day of “International Yoga Day”
** The selection of winners is under FRL’s Discretion and in case of any dispute should be referred to the Company & the decision of the Company shall be final.
** All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction
** Future Retail Limited reserves the right to withdraw, change or modify the terms and conditions as well as offers any time without prior notice. Disputes if any, subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.

Terms & Conditions #GSTMuhuratShopping :
1) Offer is only valid from 1st July, 2017 (12:01 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.) across Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, fbb & Big Bazaar gen nxt.
2) Offer valid only if the shopping over Rs. 1000 in a single bill
3) It is not mandatory for a customer to pay by Future Pay to avail the Cash in Future Pay Wallet Offer.
4) Following are the slabs to avail the cash in wallet (single bill only).
a. Rs. 1,000 and above – (Rs. 300 cash in wallet)
5) Cash in Future Pay Wallet will only be given on the mobile no. provided by Customer at the time of billing
6) Cash will be added to Future Pay wallet as Rs. 300 within 72 hours of billing or registration with Future Pay (whichever is later)
7) Unutilized balance will expire on 31st July and will be deducted from the wallet
8) Offer valid once per mobile number (only the first bill will be eligible for cash back) during offer period
9) Customer needs to download and register on the Future Pay App with the mobile number given at the time of billing to the cashier by 2nd July 2017.
11) In case the payment is done partially or fully by credit note, the offer will not be applicable.
12) The offer will not be applicable on T24 or Future Pay topup.
13) Customer needs to check that the number provided to cashier is the same as that printed on the bill.
14) Big Bazaar reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the offer at any time without notice.
15) Future Pay TnCs will apply to the money in the Future Pay Wallet.
16) Future Pay app can be downloaded from Play Store or by giving a missed call at 8010 35 0000 to download the app.
17) Any dispute should be referred to the Company & the decision of the Company shall be final. All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
18) The Cash in Future Pay Wallet is non-transferable, which means you cannot transfer it into another wallet.
19) Unlawful modification or abuse of the offer is prohibited.
20) In addition, Future Pay terms and conditions shall also apply to the cash given in the Future Pay Wallet.
