** The APP Only – Guess and Win (“Contest”) is a Contest made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”) on the mobile application of amazon.in (“Amazon.in App”). Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) before entering the Contest.

** You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

** These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website (hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

** For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
** This contest is not available on tablets and phones with Android version 4.4 and below.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Amazon’s employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details Of The Contest And How To Enter :
** This Contest will commence on 22nd June, 2017 at 00:00:00 am (IST) and end on 22nd June, 2017 at 11:59:00pm (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** To be eligible for participation, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an Amazon.in account on the Amazon.in App.

** Once you have signed-in to the Amazon.in App, the relevant Participating Brands will post a Contest question on the Contest page on Amazon.in available at www.amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node= 13830176031. Such questions would be related to Amazon Fashion brands and will be in the format of multiple choice questions.

** The participant would be required to correctly answer the Contest question posted during the contest, in order to be eligible for the draw of lots for the Contest.
** Amongst all participants who answer the Contest questions correctly during the contest period 100 winners will be selected by a random draw of lots at the end of the such date, to win Rs. 1,000 worth of Amazon Pay balance, provided by ASSPL (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Gift”).
