Eligibility :
This Contest is open for subscription for all active prepaid and post-paid categories of BSNL Mobile Subscribers who fulfil the following criteria:
** Subscriber must be of or above 18 years of age;
** Subscriber must be a resident of any Circles(s) of India as listed under Clause 2 above;
** Subscriber must belong to any one of the Circles mentioned herein;
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber of BSNL Mobile;
** Subscriber must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind;
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship; and
** For Prepaid Subscribers – Subscribers must have a minimum requisite balance of Rs.7 to be able to subscribe to the Contest during the Contest Period.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a BSNL Subscriber. Also, by participating in this Contest, You:
** Agree to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and give Your consent for the same;
** Agree that You are entering into this Contest as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between You and BSNL Mobile or between You and OnMobile and You are acting voluntarily, using Your own time and resources to participate in this Contest, solely at Your own risk;
** Warrant that You have read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions;
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that You have submitted; and
** Warrant that prior to participating in the Contest, it shall be deemed that You have read and have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein.
The Contest will be available in the below mentioned languages:
Hindi, English, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam,, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Oriya.

To Subscribe :
A Subscriber can subscribe to the Contest either by:
** Calling the Toll-free number 56505066.
** Dialing the Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (“USSD”) String *505*66#
** Pressing 1 through Out Bound Dialer or In Bound Dialer followed by second consent.
If a Subscriber wants to unsubscribe from the Contest, then it can be done by calling the toll-free number 56505066.

Charging :
Once an MSISDN subscribes to the contest, the MSISDN will be charged Rs.7 every week for 4 minutes of usage. All Subscribers will be allowed to play the Contest only after being successfully charged Rs. 7 every week for the Contest.

If the charging is successful, such Subscriber will get a confirmation SMS on the Subscriber’s number registered with BSNL Mobile along with the rules, prizes, Terms and Conditions URL, and the number on which Subscriber can call and participate in the Contest.

The user can play the contest only for the duration of 4 minutes every week once they are successfully charged. If the charging is unsuccessful, the Subscriber will be sent an SMS on the Subscriber’s number registered with BSNL Mobile, informing him/her of such unsuccessful charging.

The above mentioned charges shall be deducted only after seeking Subscriber’s double consent for participation in the Challenge; immediately after the recharge is done by the Subscriber. The above applicable amount will only be charged post subscription through consent gateway i.e. second/final consent.

Winner Selection:
The winners will be selected, and contacted after the end of the Contest. The winner(s) will receive calls only from one of the numbers mentioned herein 080-40096344 / 080-49080661 and will be informed about the prize details and the process for claiming the same.

Any communication from any other number or source could be unauthorized or not genuine and subscribers are advised to exercise caution accordingly.
