No.1 Yaari Live Contest :

The Specific Terms and Conditions, and the General Terms and Conditions, are collectively herein after referred to as “Terms and Conditions” for the McDowell’s No.1 Luxury Soda No1Yaari Live Contest.

The Terms and Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) entering the ‘McDowell’s No.1 Luxury Soda No1Yaari Live contest’ (the “Contest”) conducted by United Spirits Limited (“USL”).

Specific Terms and Conditions:
1. By entering this Contest, all Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you are not agreeable to any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this Contest.

2. At the time of entering the Contest, the Participant must be a resident of India and must be an Indian citizen. Participant must not be less than twenty one (21) years old.

3. Each Participant must complete their entry by :
a. Duly filling the entry coupon with details asked for
b. Answer the question asked in the coupon by ticking against the correct option
c. Submitting the same in the designated drop-box during the period specified.
d. Coupons can be availed from Counter sales-man/USL promoter at select retail outlets or participants can fill on-line coupons by logging on to https://web.archive.org/web/20220327220031/http://liveinstyle.in/.

4. Each Participant must complete the entry process, on or before: (1st Aug 2017) the Closing Date to be eligible to participate in the Contest for the Prizes (defined below). No calls to USL will be accepted.

5. Winner will be selected randomly by a computer, basis random electronic selection. The winners get a proze of passes to the sets of No1Yaari show. The winner will receive passes for themselves and 1 of his/her close friends Yaars (who are over 21 years of age) to watch the show live on the sets.

6. The prize in the Contest may be subject to variation at the discretion of USL, and any change will be final and binding upon every Participant who enters this Contest.

7. The prizes for this Contest will be given to the winners as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Each winner must accept his/ her prize in that form. Under no circumstances will cash be given as an alternative.

8. Diageo will send an email to the Prize Winners at the email address given by the entrant.

9. USL is not responsible for failure to contact any potential winner(s), and will not be responsible for contacting or awarding the prizes to any selected Participant(s) who does not respond to USL’s e-mail or telephone calls, if any, within the time periods provided, for any reason whatsoever.

10. The Prize Winners may be liable for any taxes, duties, perquisite tax, income tax and/or surcharges that may be levied on competition/contest prizes/ awards and for any expenses not specified in the description of the prizes.
