Terms and Conditions:
1. The Contest is organized by RBL Bank Limited.
2. Contest will start on Monday, 3rd July 2017 at 10.00 AM and will end on Friday, 7th July 2017 at 6.00 PM.
3. Contest will run on RBL Bank’s Facebook page [https://www.facebook.com/TheRBLBank] and Twitter handle [https://twitter.com/rblbank].
4. Every day different puzzle of unscrambled term will be posted. Answers should be submitted between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

5. Eligibility and Limitations:
i) This contest is valid for residents of India. Entries from citizens residing outside India won’t be considered valid.
ii) The age limit for participants of this contest proposed by RBL Bank is 18 years and above.
iii) The contest is not open to the RBL Bank employees and directors.
iv) The participants are eligible to win only once.

6. All Participants should follow all the rules to validate their entries and must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as described here.

7. Rules for the valid entry:
i) The participant must like the RBL Bank’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheRBLBank/.) and/or followed on RBL Bank’s Twitter handle (https://twitter.com/rblbank).
ii) Answers for the questions will be given only in the comments section. Entries sent through direct messages will not be considered.
iii) To qualify, the contest hash tag #SolveTheScrabble, must be used in the comments and while sharing or re-tweeting the #ContestAlerts.
iv) Proper Syntax for the answer is as For Facebook : @TheRBLBank #SolveTheScrabble [answer of the unscramble question] For Twitter : @rblbank #SolveTheScrabble [answer of the unscramble question]
v) Participants should answer the contest puzzle in between 9 AM to 6 PM.
vi) Any entry submitted on or after the conclusion of activity period will not be accepted and no communication in this regard will be entertained by RBL Bank.

8. Daily 5 winners will be selected. The winners will be chosen from Facebook / twitter.

9. The winners will be chosen on following points from Facebook/Twitter
a. The participants who have liked RBL Bank’s Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/TheRBLBank/.) and/or followed on RBL Bank’s Twitter handle (https://twitter.com/rblbank).
b. The participants meet all the validity rules mentioned.
c. The participants who have tagged more friends on Facebook/Twitter to encourage them in the weekly contest using the weekly contest hash tag and Tagging RBL Bank handle.
d. The participants who have shared/re-tweeted the contest alert(s) maximum times on their timeline.
e. Participants who have followed all the terms and conditions mentioned.
f. The first 5 participants who have followed all mentioned rules to validate the entry and given the correct answer of the question of that day.

10. The decision of RBL Bank on selection of winners shall be final and binding; No correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances of whatsoever nature.
11. Winners have to share their contact details (Name, Phone number, email id and location) in private messages (DM) of RBL Bank to maintain the privacy.

Prizes :
12. Amazon Gift E-voucher of Rs.250/- will be given to each winner.
13. No alternative cash prizes shall be given to the winners and the vouchers will not be converted into cash
14. The code of e-voucher will be sent to the email id of winner from RBL Bank’s official email id within 7 working days after the winner announcement.
15. The contest prizes are irrevocable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or kind.
16. RBL Bank does not take the responsibility for any damages incurred during transit or non-delivery of the prize.
