“MEET THE STARS” contest valid uptil 17th October only

#Offer valid for all duly completed loan applications received no later than 17th October, 2015.

Terms & Conditions :
** By entering the contest, the participant agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

** The participant agrees that by participating in the contest, all applicable terms and conditions of Tata Capital Limited (herein after referred to as “Tata Capital”) would be binding on him/her.

** The participant agrees that the personal and/or private information and data of the participant may be shared in such manner as the features of the contest may require. The participant hereby agrees that the participant shall not have any claims in this regard and expressly waives any such claim.

** The participant agrees that he/she is participating in the contest at his/her sole risk and agrees to all the features and applications which form part of the contest.

** Tata Capital is the sponsor of this contest.

** This contest is open to all Permanent Indian Residents of 18 years of age and older. Employees of Tata Capital, its subsidiaries, their affiliates & their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this contest.

** Tata Capital may collect data from the application and send promotional emails / SMSs to the users. A user may choose to opt out of the promotion emails at any point of time.

Entering the Contest :
** The contest will be held from 5th October, 2015 – 17th October, 2015.

** To be eligible to participate, the participants will be required to apply for a Personal Loan from Tata Capital. It is clarified that Personal Loans are originated by Tata Capital Financial Services Limited (“TCFSL”), a subsidiary of Tata Capital Limited. The loans are at the sole discretion of TCFSL and neither Tata Capital Limited nor TCFSL shall be liable in any manner for failure/refusal to sanction a loan. .

** Participants are to answer the question – ‘Tell us your Shaandaar love story’ on the website.

** Entries without the answer to the above will be deemed incomplete.

** The entry in the contest is conditional on the approval and Subsequent disbursement of the Personal loan. If at any point of time, the loan application is not approved/disbursed, the entry will no longer be considered for the contest.

** The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all respects and one winner will be chosen.

** The winner will get to meet the lead cast i.e. Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor of the movie Shaandar at such date, time and venue as may be communicated by Tata Capital.

** Incomplete entries or incorrectly put information will be deemed void and invalid.

** Incomplete loan applications and incorrect information in the loan application will cause the respective contest entry to be void and invalid. The loan will be appraised based on the parameters of TCFSL and shall be subject to receipt of all requisite documents and the applicant meeting the eligibility and other criteria.

** A person can participate only once in the contest. Only a single loan application will be considered against a contest entry and vice versa.

** The participant agrees that all intellectual property rights in all matter/entries/details/documents/write-ups etc. whatsoever submitted by the participant shall solely vest in Tata Capital and the participant irrevocably relinquishes in favour of Tata Capital any rights that he/she/it may have therein.

** Winners will be notified by e-mail about the date, time & venue where they can meet the stars.

** Travel arrangements to the venue are to be made by the winner and all costs borne by them.

** No responsibility will be taken by Tata Capital for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries not received for any reason.

** In case Tata Capital fails to arrange the meeting of the winner participant with Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhat due to any unforeseen circumstances, a compensation of value not exceeding INR 100000 shall be provided to the winner participant by Tata Capital. Tata Capital holds the sole discretion to decide the form and format of the compensation.

** Tata Capital reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity to claim the prize.

** In the event of any violation of the foregoing or in case it comes to the knowledge of Tata Capital that the details submitted by the applicant in the application/entry are not correct, such application/entry shall stand cancelled and the applicant shall immediately be disqualified from being considered to be a participant in the contest and shall solely remain liable for any action arising there from.

** Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs/taxes, if any, shall be borne by the participant.

** Tata Capital’s decision on all matters in relation to this contest is final. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

** Tata Capital shall have the sole discretion to discontinue/cancel the contest at any point of time without giving or having to give any prior notice or subsequent explanation in that regard and the participant shall not raise any claim due to such discontinuation or cancellation.

** This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook/Twitter or any other platform on which it is displayed.

** The participation in the contest and the shared content by the participant shall not be obscene, vulgar, have racial or religious connotations. The participant represents, warrants and agrees that no picture/s or details of any kind uploaded will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material and the participant shall indemnify and hold Tata Capital, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with his/her entry or his/her participation in the contest.

** The applicant agrees to indemnify Tata Capital against any claims that might arise from his/her actions or omissions or arising from any representations, misrepresentations or concealment of material facts or breach of any of the terms hereof or breach of any applicable law.

** Tata Capital reserves the right to give the winner participant/s a separate Do and Don’t guideline to maintain the decorum of the meet and greet session with Shahid and Alia. The participant shall abide by the guidelines for the successful and smooth execution of the meeting.
