Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By proceeding with offer participation to Halla Bol Offer (‘Offer’), the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’). If the Customer does not agree to these T&Cs, the Customer should not subscribe to the Offer. Participation, subscription and registration to the Offer is voluntary.

This Offer is hosted by Panasonic India Pvt Ltd, a company having its registered office at 12th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, NH-8, Gurgaon 122002, Haryana (‘Panasonic’).

The Offer is valid only on the purchase of Panasonic Smart Phones (‘Product’) from Retail Outlets including Panasonic Brand Shop/ Panasonic Premium Partners (‘Outlets’) across India except the State of Tamil Nadu.

T&Cs may be modified by Panasonic from time to time without any prior notice for the same. Panasonic also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Offer or change the Prize, at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successful registration to the Offer and winning a Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.

Offer Period:
The Offer is valid from 6th July, 2017 – 31st July, 2017 on the purchases of Products made from Outlets (as defined above) only. Offer Period can be changed/ extended as per the Panasonic’s sole decision.

Eligibility For Purchaser :
a) Any Customer who is a citizen/resident of India and is 18 years of age or above:

i) Purchases Product from Outlets;
ii) Who is not barred by any legal disability;
iii) Who is not suffering any mental disability;
iv) Who has never been convicted in any criminal case; and
v) Who is a PAN card holder.

Eligibility For Walk In Customer / Non Purchaser :
a) Any Customer who is a citizen/ resident of India and is 18 years of age or above:

i) Who visits Outlets;
ii) Who is not barred by any legal disability;
iii) Who is not suffering any mental disability;
iv) Who has never been convicted in any criminal case;
v) Who is a PAN card holder;
vi) Who holds a valid GSM or CDMA mobile connection of any Indian telecom operator in his/ her name.

b) Customer shall visit an Outlet with an intent to purchase any Product during the Offer Period and check the contest communication material “tent card” at Outlet, which would reveal the registration number;
c) Voluntarily registers himself/ herself by giving a missed call on virtual number “93908 93908” printed on the tent card;
d) And Upon receiving a call back followed by IVR system message, shouts “Panasonic”.

Offers :
Any Customer buying Product from the Outlet shall be eligible for one of the two mentioned Offers below i.e either from Non-Purchasers category or from Purchasers category.

a. Offers “For Non-Purchasers/ Walk in Customers”:
Upon shouting “Panasonic”, the IVR shall inform the participant about his/her decibel score. The Participant with highest decibel score of the day shall be eligible for getting 1 Panasonic Smart Phone Free on Purchase of One Panasonic Smart Phones of equivalent value or lower value.

Note:
Only one participant can win on a day during the Offer Period. Also, only once can a Mobile number be used for participation. In the event of receipt of two or more entries with same and highest decibel score, draw will conducted by an external auditor appointed by Panasonic.

Winners would be contacted via SMS & Voice Call by Panasonic’s Program Management Team to explain Claim Process for their Prize. In the event that a winner has not responded within 7 days of notification with the documents then Panasonic reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

Assured Mobile Talk time Offer :
The Customer shall be eligible for an Assured Mobile Talk time ranging from Minimum Rs. 100 to the Maximum of Rs. 8000 on purchase of Product
