ZMA 2015 Vote & Win Contest :

** To participate in this contest, viewers need to have successfully registered and voted for one or more categories of Zee Marathi Awards 2015 via the following platforms- Ground voting, SMS, missed call and website (all categories).
** Participation is open to residents of India only.
** Winners will be announced on Zee Marathi and will also be contacted directly by Zee Marathi via phone, email or Facebook messages.
** Zee Marathi Awards’15 event is to be held in Mumbai on 15th October, 2015 at 5.30PM and will not be rescheduled for any winner in the case that he/ she is not available on that day.
** The winners will be seated in an allocated seating and the same will need to be adhered to by the winners.
** The winners will not be subjected to any special treatment and any unreasonable demands will not be entertained.
** Winners will need to be in Mumbai on the morning of 15th October.
** The winner will be allowed to be accompanied with just one more person who will attend the event along with the winner. His/ her expenses to travel & accommodation expenses to be borne by Zee Marathi.
** Travelling expenses upto 3-tier AC train will be reimbursed. No flight tickets will be reimbursed by Zee Marathi. Zee Marathi will not be booking the ticket for the winner & his/her companion.
** Accommodation will be provided by Zee Marathi from the morning of 15th October till 16th October 12PM for the winner & his/her companion.
** The winners will be chosen by lucky draw and is at the sole discretion of Zee Marathi.
** The declaration of the names of the winners and the prizes will be final and will not be subject to any changes. However, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited will have the sole discretion In respect of any changes. The Company will not entertain any claims or objection whatsoever.
** The entitlement to the winning prize can’t be transferred to any other person/entity and only the winner will have the rights to avail the benefits within the stipulated time.
** Employees or relatives of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., Essel group of companies are not eligible to win.
** All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.
** In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest/Event, the decision of Zee Marathi shall be final and binding on all concerned.
** All the data shared by us is a Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. property. Any infringement of the same shall be penalized.
** All the data shared by the participants shall be maintained as strictly confidential by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.
** Winners selected will adhere to all rules and regulations during gratification.
** Zee Marathi shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered, or for any personal injury that maybe suffered, as a result of participating in this Contest/Event held/sponsored by Zee Marathi.
** Zee Marathi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused during the entire time the winners are in Mumbai.
