How to participate:

** Organizer will post various contest posts throughout the contest duration and participant will have to post his/her entry in the comment section of one video content post posted on 3rd August,which shall be promoted as #NanoCellTV as per the given context for contest post.
** Failure of which the entry shall not be considered for winner selection.
** Decision of the Organizer will be final and binding with regard to the Contest winner selection and prize and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** Winner will be rewarded with LG Goodies.
** Selected winner will be announced within 20 days of the contest closure.

4. There will be 5 contest winners who will be selected randomly at corporate/registered office,among those who fit to qualify for the contest.
6. This contest is solely for the people residing in India and applicable only in states where it is legally allowed.
7. Any manipulation in contest entry in a illegal way by any participant is to be considered null and void by organizers.
8. Minimum age to participate in this Contest is Eighteen years and is open to citizens, residing in India except the employees, temporary employment agency, suppliers and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies (“Contestant”).
9. By participating in this Contest, the Contestant deemed to accept unconditionally the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, including the Promoter’s Privacy Statement set out below. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

11. The contest will be hosted on LG India Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LGIndiaPage/ and will be conducted under the supervision of LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd. social media admins.
12. A contestant can post multiple entries from one Facebook account.
13. Winner will be rewarded with Goodies, Selected winner will be announced within 20 days of the contest closure.
14. Relevant/Qualified entries would comprise of posts that include and fall within the ambit of the theme /contest given as stipulated in the contest positioning. And the sole discretion of identifying these lies with Organizer.
15. Winner shall be declared on the LG India Facebook page after completion of the contest or within 20 days of the contest completion.
16. Decision of the Organizer will be final and binding with regard to the Contest winner selection and prize and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
16. All disputes relating to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.
