Magical Navratri Moments Contest 2015 :

The “Magical Navratri Moments Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “contest”) would be organized and administered by Digital Law & Kenneth having its registered office at 301 Neelam Center, A Wing, Hind Cycle Road, Worli, Mumbai- 400030 India (hereinafter referred to as “DLK”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as “Idea”).

DLK and Idea shall be jointly referred to as “Organizers”. DLK will at all times be wholly, solely, exclusively and absolutely responsible for the content, conduct, organization, administration of the contest end to end without limiting only to the designing of the portal as well as the selection of the winner/s. The role of Idea will be exclusively limited & restricted only to that of a telecom service provider.

A Participant, by participating in this Contest hereby agrees to:
** The Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her undisputed consent to the criteria and process of selecting the Daily and Grand prize winners.
** Gratification(s) as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Contest by the Organisers due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers, its affiliates and associates, will be binding on contestants.
** Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrants that all information that he/she may have submitted is accurate, true and correct.
** The terms and conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn therefore, please visit the Website periodically to keep yourself updated and informed.
** By participating in this Contest, the Participant indicates his/her acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
** The Participant/s hereby agrees that all incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the Gratification(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Participant, which shall be including but not limited to TDS, and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government.

Procedure and Eligibility :

This Contest is valid and open to those Participants who voluntarily subscribe for the Contest. The Participants who subscribe for the contest during the period of 13th October 2015 till 22nd October 2015 shall only be eligible to participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee for participating in this Contest.

However participation in this Contest is subject to the following criteria:
** Participant should be necessarily above 18 years of age.
** Participant should be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of Gujarat. Participant will be required to provide valid documents in support of his/her citizenship and permanent residency.
** Participant has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor of an unsound mind.
** Participant is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

To Participate in the Contest:
** To participate/subscribe in the Contest, participant is required to submit entries via his/her Facebook profile.
** The participant has to click a picture of Gujarat and upload the picture along with hashtag #MagicalNavratriMoments and tag Idea’s Facebook page in the post.

Gratification(s):

** At the end of each day during the Contest Period, 02(Two) daily winners shall be selected as eligible for Daily Prizes.
** At the end of the contest, 01(One) from the daily winners will be eligible for the grand prize.
** Selection of Daily & Grand prizes winners will be made by such Judge/s to be appointed by the Organizers.
** The judge(s) decision in selection of winners is final and binding on all the participants.
** The Gratification will be sponsored by IDEA.
** The terms and conditions of the Gratification(s) shall be decided by the Organizers at their sole discretion.
** The Gratification(s) in this Contest shall be given to the winners on the basis of the decision taken by the Judge/s.

Terms :

After the selection and validation of the best photograph, the winner will be contacted, through Facebook vide post comments, for 3 (Three) consecutive days and will be given further details as to how, when and where the winning Participant can redeem his/her respective Gratification.

This Contest is being made purely on the basis that the photos uploaded shall be an original creation/ original piece of work /best photograph basis and participation of eligible Participants is voluntary and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The participant shall be responsible and liable for any legal action being initiated on the basis of the photo uploaded by him /her, which results in the infringement of any intellectual property rights and / or otherwise in any form, manner or state.

The Participant if required may be asked to show and submit the original print/s, / negative/s / etc of the photo/s uploaded. Idea reserves the right to publish and commercially use all such photos that shall be uploaded by the participant for participating in this Contest. Idea shall be the owner of all such intellectual property rights of all such photos that shall be uploaded by the Participants for participating in this Contest.

All disputes must be addressed by the Participant in writing to Idea directly.

The Participant hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Participant to be exchanged with Idea, DLK and its vendors or published and/or communicated to/in any media that it may deem fit, and Idea, DLK or its vendors may, at their sole discretion choose to publish or disclose the name(s), phone number(s) and/or photographs of all / any of the Participants, if required.

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content/website and all material or content related to the Contest shall remain, at all times, owned by the Organizers / their respective owners. All material and content contained in this website is made available for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on this website and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication is strictly prohibited.

Idea, its management, employees is/are neither responsible or shall be held responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being given as Gratification(s) nor is it liable for any defect in the goods/services so obtained/availed, by the Participants under this Contest. DLK is also not liable for any defect in the Gratification(s) so Contested or availed, by the Participants under this Promotion Contest.
