Coca-Cola Pujo Selfie Contest 2015 & Celebrity Meet & Greet (Dinner) :
The Company shall organize a “Selfie Contest” through its online social media portal www.facebook.com/cocacolaindia to engage its consumers and provide them an opportunity to dine with a Celebrity. Individuals wishing to participate in the contest shall have to click their photographs (“Selfie[s]”) along with a Coca-Cola Bottle or a Can, and post it on the above mentioned link using “#CokeAdda” (“hashtagCokeAdda”), through their Facebook accounts.

All participants are required to post their Selfies between 6:00 a.m., 10th October, 2015, and 6:00 p.m., 23rd October, 2015. Any posts received after the due date and time shall not be considered for the contest. The top ten participants’ shortlisted basis highest number of “Likes” on their Selfie[s] shall be declared winners of the contest. The Company shall provide the names of the ten shortlisted lucky winners to the Agency.

ABP Pvt. Ltd. will send the shortlisted winners an ‘Information Letter’ and a ‘Consent Letter to the Terms & Conditions’ to get their consent to the terms and conditions of the contest and for being considered eligible for the gratification. The ‘Information Letter’ will be retained by the winner and the ‘Consent Letter to the Terms and Conditions’ will be signed off by the winner and sent back to ABP Pvt. Ltd. along with a copy of any two of the following documents – Pan card/ Passport/ Address Proof/ Birth Certificate/ 10th Mark Sheet.

The duly signed ‘Consent Letter to the Terms and Conditions’ of the contest along with the copies of the above mentioned documents should reach ABP Pvt. Ltd. on or before [27th October 2015 by 6 p.m.]. ABP Pvt. Ltd. shall then give an acknowledgement of the receipt of the ‘Consent Letter to the Terms and Conditions” and the copies of the aforesaid documents to the selected winner through Facebook Messaging Service.

Subject to Celebrity availability, the lucky winners will be invited either for lunch or dinner with the Celebrity guest on a pre-determined date, time and venue printed on the “Information Letter”. Every person contacted through Facebook Messaging Service is required to confirm his/ her presence by replying to the said message.

In case no response is received from any particular lucky winner within 48 hours from the time of messaging, the next highest ‘Like’d photograph’s user would be deemed a winner and similarly contacted. No confirmations, claims or requests received after the lapse of 48 hours of messaging on Facebook shall be entertained by the Company or the Agency, and the decision of the Company shall be final in such matter[s].

Every lucky winner may bring another 1 (one) friend/ partner/ spouse/ parent etc. for the lunch/ dinner with the Celebrity. In all, 20 people shall thus be invited for dining with the Celebrities. The food menu will be selected on a la carte basis and the bill will be settled by ABP Pvt. Ltd directly with the restaurant. The lunch or dinner menu will only include food, without any liquor or cocktail. Coke will be served as the beverage with the food along with water. The Contest is valid for Facebook users resident in Kolkata only.
