This Starboy Live with PUMA contest (“Contest”) is provided to you by PUMA Sports India Pvt. Ltd. (“Brand”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”) on www.amazon.in and its mobile application / site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”).

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and any other terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Brand in relation to the Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Eligibility :
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
(d) You should be 18 years of age or above at the time of entry into the Contest; and
(e) You must hold a valid Indian Passport

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details Of The Contest And How To Enter :
This Contest will commence on 1st September, 2017 at 12:00:01 A.M. (IST) and end on 15th September, 2017 at 11:59:59 P.M. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period in a single transaction you must purchase any product(s) of the Brand- Puma, worth INR 3000 or above, listed on Amazon.in by the authorised sellers of the Brand- (i) Cloudtail India Private Limited; or (ii) PUMA Sports India Private Limited (such product hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)”), provided that your order for such Product should not have been cancelled by either you or the authorised seller or the Product should not be returned or refunded by you.

After purchasing such Product, on your Twitter account, tweet why you should be chosen to be eligible to visit ‘The Weekend Concert’ in Australia win the Prize and tag @Puma and @AmazonFashionIN in the tweet.

Amongst all the participants who complete the steps in Section 2 and Section 3 above, the Brand will choose any one participant to win 2 tickets to ‘The Weekend Concert’ in Australia scheduled on December 14, 2017 (“Prize”) at the sole discretion of the Brand.

Only the first post made by a participant in accordance with these T&Cs will be considered for the purposes of this Contest. Multiple posts on a single Twitter account will not be considered for the purposes of this Contest. Anyone found using multiple Twitter accounts to enter the Contest will be ineligible.

Once the winner is selected, he/ she will be sent the contact details of the Brand that may be used to claim the Prize from the Brand. The Prize can be claimed by the winner subject the terms and conditions of the Brand available at here . Brand’s decision on the winner will be considered as final.

Prize :
There is only one Prize to be given to the winner at the end of the Contest Period.
The Prize will include:
a. Economy class flight tickets to and from an Indian International Airport for two passengers;
b. Accommodation for 2 nights for the winner and the person accompanying the winner;
c. Visa cost;
d. Travel insurance;
e. Concert tickets.

The Prize will only be awarded directly to the winner and is non transferable to any other person.
The winner must be available to travel to Australia on the dates as decided by the Brand. These dates will be fixed, and there shall be no option for early arrival or late departure.

Prize Selection :
The selection of the winner of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period.

The winner will be notified by e-mail following the selection, and he/she will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more.

The winner will automatically forfeit his/her claim to the Prize if he/she does not meet the eligibility criteria or does not comply with these T&Cs.

Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
