Master Mind Quiz Contest :

** The Contest is organized by the Promoter, and is open to all residents of India who are over eighteen (18) years of age at the start date of the Contest.

** Directors and employees of the Promoter and sponsors of the Contest, members of their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally associated with the Contest, are not eligible to enter the Contest.
** Participation in the Contest is free of charge; however, any individual who is desirous of entering the Contest (hereinafter “you”) will require access to the internet, will have to register as a subscriber of the Morningstar India Website (“Website”), and agree to receive email communications from Morningstar in relation to the Contest or otherwise, from time to time, unless you send a request to Morningstar that you be unsubscribed from any such communication.
** Registered users of the Website, who are already unsubscribed to email communications from Morningstar will only receive emails in relation to the Contest.
** The Contest is open for entry from [11 am] 18 September 2017, and closes on [11 am] 3 October, 2017 (“Closing Date”).
** Any entry received after the specified time on the Closing Date will not be eligible for the Contest.
** The Promoter reserves the sole right to disqualify entries that do not meet the criteria and rules and regulations of the Contest, as set out herein. These include, but are not limited to, entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information like invalid phone number and/or email address etc.
** The Contest will consist of various “Investing Mastermind” question sections, each of which focuses on a different form of asset class.

If you qualify as per Clauses 1, 2 and 3, and wish to enter the Contest, you must do the following:
** log on to the Investing Mastermind landing pages on the Promoter’s website (www.morningstar.in), and
** complete the multiple-choice questions in the chosen section and submit the completed questions as directed on the Website.

** The score for all the questions attempted by you in a section completed by you will be emailed to you immediately after you complete answering the questions in that section and submit the answers as directed on the Website.
** The correct answers shall not form or be construed as any form of financial or investment advice that you or any other person may rely upon in respect of any investment decision.
** Once you win the lucky draw for a complimentary pass to the Conference, you will not be entitled to win or be given under the Contest, any further complimentary passes to the Conference. Likewise, the Mega Prize will also be given to only one lucky draw contestant, as mentioned in Clause A. 3. (b) above.
** The Promoter will post the list of Winners on www.morningstar.in website.
** Winners would be contacted on their respective registered email address. the promoter will notify the winner of a prize by email no later than 3 october 2017.
** If the promoter is unable to contact a winner, despite all reasonable efforts to do so, the promoter shall randomly allocate the prize to another lucky best scoring participant in the manner given in clause a.3(a) above.
** The Prize is personal to a notified Winner, and no cash alternative is available. You may not request for any exchange or return of the Prize and no such request will be entertained by the Promoter. The Winner of the Prize will be notified by email.
** If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide a Prize, the Promoter shall be entitled to offer an alternative Prize of equivalent value as Prize.
** For this purpose, the Prize equivalent value will be considered as Rs. 11000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand) for the complimentary pass to the Conference, and Rs. 20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) for the Mega Prize.
** The Promoter shall transfer any manufacturer’s guarantee in respect of a Prize which has been provided to a Winner; otherwise the Promoter shall have no liability to a Winner in respect of the quality of the Prize.
** The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Contest is final and binding. The terms and conditions could be changed by the Promoter at any time with no notice to you.
** Also, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate / suspend the Contest at any time and/or withdraw, or extend the Contest without any prior notice. No correspondence will be entertained by the Promoter in this regard.
** No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer/phone hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending the entry by you will not be accepted as proof of receipt by the Promoter.
** The Promoter will use the personal details supplied by you for the administration of the Contest.
** Winners may be requested to participate in publicity activity/ies relating to the Contest. It is a condition of entry that you agree to such use if you win. You may revoke your consent to the use of your name, or details, at any time in writing to the Promoter.
** Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute consent on the Winner’s part to allow the use of the Winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Promoter for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
** You will be able to see the list of Winners on the “Winners” page of Investing Mastermind home page on the Website.
** Overall responsibility for the Contest lies with the Promoter, whose place of business is 14th Floor, Platinum Technopark, Plot 17 & 18, Sector 30 A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400 705, Maharashtra, India. This Contest is subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
** Upon registration, you agree to receive email communications from the sponsor(s) of the Contest.
** In case you have used multiple email addresses for participating in the Contest and more than one email address qualifies for winning a complimentary pass to the Conference, only one email address will be chosen from amongst your winning e-mail addresses.
** Winners will have to send to the Promoter by e-mail or as otherwise notified, a valid photo proof of identity (scanned copy of PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/UID) to claim their Prize for the winning entry for the complimentary passes to the Conference.
** The Promoter expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Neither does the Promoter make any warranty that the Mega Prize made available under the Contest is fit and functional and will meet the Winner’s requirements.
** The Promoter and its directors, employees, group companies etc. will in no way be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, which hinder the completion of the Contest.
