The Sanskaar Techfest :

The Sanskaar Techfest is a unique event for the students of grade 2 to 12, hosting a series of activities including Gamification, Coding, Website & App development, Ethical Hacking, Digital Painting, Digital Photography and Quizzing from the world of Information & Communication technology.

It is dedicated to all the pioneering, creative and passionate pupils who are keen to embrace technological challenges and foster innovation.

The Sanskaar Valley School, Bhopal is happy to host the 3rd Interschool Techfest to be held on 14th October 2017, Saturday at the school campus. The overwhelming response from the eminent participant schools in the past two years has inspired us to take the Techfest to next level this year in terms of its content, logistics and magnitude.

The event will give opportunity to many more students to learn, compete and gain exposure with a tinge of enjoyment. This year, 14 events are planned with a dream to make it a platform for a grand Technological Extravaganza.

We are excited to welcome all the Tech-savvy students in the city and hope to make it an unforgettable experience for each one of them.

General Rules :
** Event date: 14th October 2017, Saturday.
** The schools are required to register online – on or before 30th September 2017, Saturday .
** Schools are expected to arrive at the host school premises latest by 8:00 am.
** Prize distribution will take place on the same day at 12:30 pm, the schools can depart thereafter.
** Students must be accompanied by a teacher escort.
** The event is open for students of classes 2nd to 12th only.
** The participant of any competition CANNOT be common as these events are running concurrently.
** A panel of judges will assess the performance of the participants and their decision will be final and binding to all.
** There is no registration / participation fee for any event although there can be a limited number of students who can participate in each event. So, registration will be confirmed on first come first serve basis.
** For some events, the participants may be asked to bring their own devices.
** Details of each event is given in the Event Brochure.

** For the events like Kodu Game Trap, Mac Scratch and Clevernote schools are requested to submit their entries for the preliminary round on or before 7th October 2017. All the documents/ images/videos/audios/links must be renamed with name of the school and name of the event before sending e-mail at sanskaartechfest@sanskaarvalley.org.

The schools must ensure that the copyright free content is used for all the events or else references should be cited, the Sanskaar Valley school shall not be responsible for any misuse of copyright/trademarks or any such issue.

Selected teams after elimination (done based on the submission of work for first round) will be invited to present their work on the day of event and they will be intimated about their selection by 11th October 2017.

** Criteria for Championship Trophy: Schools to participate in Minimum 8 events. (Participation in events for which entries have to be submitted online, shall also be considered.) The points for Championship trophy will be calculated by picking the score of best 8 results.
** The students are advised to keep safe their expensive gadgets or valuables, as the host school will not be responsible for any loss of such things.
