#ShareYourDiscovery Contest :

“#ShareYourDiscovery”(hereinafter referred to as the ‘said Contest’) is organized by Conde Nast (India) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CNI”). By participating in the Contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Terms and conditions for Participation in the Contest
(a) To Enter: You being an Interested user can enter the contest online through: A) Website Entry: B) Facebook, C) Twitter D) Instagram or any other means that CNI may from time to time specify in writing. CNI also reserves the right to change the mode of participation at any point. Contest begins on 26thSeptember, 2017 to 10thOctober, 2017. This Contest is open to Indian citizens only.

(b) Selection of winner from the eligible entries is decided upon by CNI, based on the best entries received from the entrants based on #ShareYourDiscovery theme. Selection of finalist from the eligible entries shall be done by CNI.

2. The Prize:
(a) The prize will be given to the winner by CNI by way of an opportunity to go for a road trip to in India, 1st February 2018 onwards. In the event that the road trip gets cancelled due to any reason whatsoever, the winner would be rewarded with a prize commensurate with the trip as decided by CNI in its sole discretion.

3. General Terms and Conditions:
(a)The duration of the Contest is as set out in 26 September to 10 October 2017. The person intended to participate in the contest shall share his/her discovery to make such person eligible for participation in the contest.
(b) CNI are committed to operating a fair and consistent Contest. Please note that CNI is unable to confirm the integrity of any other Contest Participation method except for the official participation by participating online as more particularly mentioned hereinabove.
(c) CNI reserve the right to use the participants email ID for CNI Newsletters, EDMs and other marketing, promotional and communication materials. The participant shall not object on the email IDs being used on the different collaterals by CNI now or in the near future notwithstanding any DND restriction for which the participant may have registered.
(d) CNI may amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the Contest for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time.
(e) CNI reserves the right to reject any participant’s entries sent/submitted by the prescribed mode without the need to notify any participant the reasons for such rejection.
(f) CNI decision in relation to all matters affecting the Contest is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence whatsoever in that regards shall be entertained and CNI decision in relation to all matters affecting the Contest cannot be contested in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.
(g) CNI reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the registration/participation process or the operation of the Contest or the weblink, to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the said Web link, or to be acting in violation of the Information Technology Act or any other law or regulation.
(a) CNI reserve their right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this Contest, the entry submission process or the relevant web link.
(h) CNI reserve the right to disallow any participants’ entries sent/submitted by the prescribed mode, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the same has been sent/submitted fraudulently (i.e. more than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to submit automated answers)
(i) CNI, may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from Participation whom they believe to be abusing the said weblink.
(j) At times you may not be able to access the said weblink. CNI are not liable to persons who are unable to successfully enter the Contest due to the same.

4. Criteria for participation:
(a) Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the contest.

(b) Participants have to log on to the weblink to participate in the contest. All participants agree that they are at least 21 years of age at the time of Participation; entries by person below age of 21 years shall be disqualified. Age proof will be required from the participant before the prize are availed.

(c) The winner will be communicated within 30 days of closure of contest.

(d) This competition is open to all Indian Citizens only, residing in India excluding employees of Conde Nast (India) Private Limited and employees of Jaguar Land Rover India Ltd., and anyone in the administration of the Contest.

(e) If and when required, the Participant agrees to provide complete and correct information in respect of the Participants identity, contact details, email id, PAN No. Telephone number, age, sex and complete postal/correspondence address. The details of registration to participate in the Contest that are mandatory are mentioned weblink.

(f) The information is deemed to be voluntarily supplied during the course of you participating in the above Contest and /or personal information provided by the winner as non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. CNI shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to third parties without limitation.

(g) Participants must ensure that the information provided is authentic and accurate, and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party information.

(h) Participants will be disqualified if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect. CNI are not liable in any manner whatsoever for the failure of prize notification to winner due to inaccurate and incorrect information.

(i) Participants who provide inaccurate and incorrect information shall be solely responsible for any losses and damages suffered by CNI and/or any third party.
