MEDAL DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS:
** Designs for the medal must be submitted in black and white
** Designs may be created by hand or on computer. The design must be shown in actual size, the maximum size being 90mm x 90mm
** Medal is two-sided. Both the front and the back design of the medal must be shown. No colors other than the color of the medal material (bronze, silver, gold) will be used in the final medal

** The design must incorporate:
1) The logo of “VADODARA INTERNATIONAL MARATHON”
2) The words “My City, My Marathon” and capture the spirit of the city of Vadodara, with the essence of the sport (logo can be downloaded from here.)

GENERAL RULES:
** Entries must be original, unpublished work and must not include any third-party logos or copyrighted material
** By entering the competition, you agree that the submission is your own work
** All entries must be identified with the applicants name, complete home mailing address, email id and phone number. Incomplete entries will not be considered
** Applicants are encouraged to enter both a ribbon and a medal design. Please use a separate page for each design.
** There are no limits to number of entries from an individual. However, please send each entry separately to our contest email id
** All submissions become the property of Vadodara Marathon and will not be returned. Vadodara Marathon has the right to reproduce the design, or modify it, in any media and in whatever quantity we choose.
** This is an individual event
** Vadodara Marathon reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entries.
** Any dispute will be subject to Vadodara jurisdiction
